Epic luncher is unbelievable crappy! Both gui and performance really sucks - that is the main reason I never used Epic (and preferred Steam). Perhaps open your games to Linux?
Finally, Fortnite… why, why can’t updates be smaller patches (instead of the complete game)? A redownload of half a terabyte every other week - that isn’t sustainable 😅
Only a “slight hint?” Their business model is giving things away for free and selling texture packs to children–a clientele notorious for how much money they have.
Epic store doesn’t support stream deck and the UI is crap. But, in a capitalist society with minimal government intervention to protect consumers, effective competition is the thing that can help keep companies in check.

Shit game engine and a shit launcher. Epic not doing well is a good thing.
Hoping those laid off find a new job…

It’s not like they changed their clientele, and they had been doing well before this, so your comment doesn’t really make sense.
No it’s not.
Epic deserves to die.

They’ve unfortunately enough of a foot in the door that barring a firesale on all their assets their corpse could malinger doorway in perpetuity.
When they go into receivership the accountants should add accountant skins to Fortnite.
