I’m pretty adorable, but I’ve seen some shit.
Yup totally fair, and yeah I’ve been blacklisted from a couple other stores by opening chargebacks in cases where it was necessary (not receiving the product, receiving a different product, the company refuses to refund or expects me to pay return shipping when they send me the wrong product), and in those cases I was totally ok never buying from them again anyway lol. I’ve been completely honest with my bank and provided all the documentation, eulas, and communications, and I seriously doubt anyone will spend the court fees over $40-60 to take me to court. All the same, I completely agree about not buying from these sites if you’re uncertain about things like this
I’ve got my Tunic time down quite a bit too, and since your upgrades carry over I’m super OP with my health, magic, and stamina spanning basically the entire screen lol. To me it’s fun to go in and just do a run here and there. Personal preference obviously but there’s certainly replayability there.
I love mine, but I’m about to send it in for my second replacement. Definitely not worth the price, BUT it’s definitely not the kind of product meant for people who don’t already have a steam deck, switch, or some other kind of emulation device. It’s a fun, nostalgic novelty, and the crank is a VERY SATISFYING and functional gimmick. If you’ve got disposable income and want to partially recreate that feeling of riding in the backseat with a Gameboy with no backlight and no worm light, and you like the idea of the crank-based games or even just some of the classic games that have been developed for it, then it might be worth it. But they should definitely lower the price lol
PS2 was good, PS3 was skippable. Xbox 360 was good, Xbox One was skippable. Can you guess when I got a PC? Lol. The Switch was the perfect console to pair with the PC in my opinion, but then I got a Deck… So, no, no reason to get any of the new consoles unless you just absolutely need to play the new Spider-Man game right now.
I had a few things spoiled for me unfortunately, but the spoiler was so cool it prompted me to try the game, so net win? Lol, I’m jealous you get to go in blind! Can’t wait till I have Alzheimer’s and I can replay it for the first time. It’s definitely a game that encourages you to just try things to see what happens, I love it :)
If you can’t handle the jokes and criticism that comes with making a shit game, then maybe don’t shit out a shitty dlc in 18 months and sell it as its own standalone game with a full price tag? I think the game awards would be way more interesting and funny if a little more roasting happened towards the companies and games that deserve it
There was literally a second and a half of gameplay footage in that “trailer,” am I the only one sick of trailers using killer animation styles to get away from the fact that their game looks like shit? I feel like the only reason is to try to trick people into playing because they think it’ll look a lot cooler and be a lot more action packed than it already is.
Nothing against vampire survivors specifically, I just hate the bait and switch style video trailers we get these days
I’ve personally had a few terrible customer service experiences over the years, to the point that I stopped buying from them. I’ve had years of experience selling phones, applying screen protectors, and skins, and sometimes d brand sends you one that straight up doesn’t fit. And even with pictures (I had one that was too small for the phone, hard to argue with that), they refuse to acknowledge it was the product’s fault and refuse refunds.
I never got one but their airpods skin was ridiculous and close to impossible to install and they basically posted a snarky response saying how even though the product is perfect and the customers are all idiots, they’ll try to make it easier to install for our tiny brains.
So I don’t really care that they have an “attitude” with advertising. I care that that attitude also permeates throughout all customer service experiences, and that they have this idea that they can do no wrong to the point that they refuse refunds to people who deserve them.
So I’m not buying from them ever again, but I can’t deny they have a case here. That’s all I was saying, but the redditors yet again confuse the downvote button for the disagree button, but hey, they’re probably also the ones defending d brand so no surprise there.
And the recent score. Good to see if a recent update kills the game or something
