VPNw

It’s a little known FOSS project, it piggybacks on TOR network and several other VPNs. The “W” stands for wank, as unfortunately VPNw only allows porn through to the user’s device, if a non-smut site is accessed VPNw injects millisecond flashes of tiddies n cacks full screen every 45 seconds. Highly recommended, can’t ever be too safe out there on the digital seas…

They’re still perfectly functional. As long as you’re happy not having ray tracing, and are willing to settle for not running everything on max gfx, there’s no reason to buy a 50, 40 or 30 series. I’m able to play most new games that interest me on medium gfx with no issues.

I’m still rocking my 1080ti and I paid $140 CAD when the 20 series dropped.

Yeah, I wasn’t able to get through xiii, too linear. XII is nice, mostly linear with some bounty hunting stuff to keep it fresh.

Don’t forget, 13 years on and multiple (re-)releases on various platforms, and there’s still bugs that are only fixed by mods.

Edit: ()

It’s already topped out fam…maybe it’s the shotgun I’m using…hmm…

I just played through the bulk of it, and it was quite good at first, but it started feeling very samey pretty quick. And now I’m so OP that all the gigs and missions I’m doing now are a dull cake walk. Just wading through dismembered viscera. I can’t even remember the last time I had to pop a heal…

Fuck off… that could literally mean anything… I’ve read Trump quotes that were more intelligible than that…

But even they eventually tacked goofy controllers onto an Android tablet and printed money by being the only console you can play on a bus.

There was a bit of hope from Sony with the PSP and then the Vita, but they didn’t seem to push it to the logical next step, like Nintendo did. Which was foolish, like the Vita had the PSTV version, and it was a bonehead move not to follow through with the trajectory they were already on.

And they do it because it works. It builds good will, shows that the product is high quality, clean and pure.

I like that indie games are bringing demos back. Like actually playable demos, not like a tech demo, the first 1-5 levels, so you can get a proper feel for the game before you shell out. 6 of the last 9 demos I played in the past year resulted in me purchasing the game.

This is a very common term. I encountered it back home in Canada frequently, and just as much here in the UK.

Cool… unfortunately my search is not turning up much. SCI.ai a science geared LLM was about 30% of my search results over Google and DDG. The other 70% is about Sierra’s Creative Interpreter, and a moisturizer additive had 2 hits.

Glad you gave me the synopsis, apparently I’m incapable of finding that info myself, regardless of what combination of AI/AGI/SCI/DIFFERENCES etcetcetc and nauseum.

I love that the Lemmy workshopped toaster has made it to the Steam page already.

Wish listed!

No worries for the context, it’s important to have as much info on a thing as possible.

They’re changing it because they discovered through this class action lawsuit that it’s cheaper to let it go to court.
I still think this is a good thing, but not necessarily being done for the good of the customer.

Fair enough, it’s important to know what your potential speed bumps are.

Glad to hear that things are going good for you. On the whole, life’s pretty good for me too.

The slippery slope is when a game addiction turns into a gambling addiction.

Glad to hear your dad’s clean. Hope everything is good for you ❤️

9/10 Game Publishers agree:
Pre-order is always the best order!

Oh totally! 1000%!!!

Just, uhhhh, trust me on that…no need to look into it, I already did that for you.

Hey, could’ve been worse. At least she was addicted to Tetris, not a raging alcoholic or addicted to meth or something.

See…was the other way round for me. My mum had a crippling Tetris addiction when I was 7. So much so that I’d get home from school and every battery in the house would be dead. That year for Christmas all I asked for was batteries.
To be clear, it was my Gameboy and my copy of Tetris…

They probably would if they weren’t being payed by lobby groups not to. Or at least one would hope they would.
