Because it is a 60€ (base version) game, and not a 20€ Early Access. People expect a minimum of quality for that price.

Except that they are not high-quality. For example, Pokemon Scarlet.

I specifically bought my fitness/sports watch without camera nor microphone, but sadly the next version has them, so I’ll probably need to consider another brand when this one breaks.

GTA VI wont’t cost less that 100$, standard edition. Mark my words.

TDLR: “If you don’t give us PII information within a made up deadline, we will deny you access to any content you paid in the past.”

That game is abandoned at the moment.

It would be hilarious if the emulator they were using was Ryujinx or Yuzu.

Don’t get baited, they said they removed Denuvo from the Early Access, we will see what happens in the full release, if it goes out of EA ever.

Codeberg can suffer from the same DMCA requests but at least is not managed by Microsoft. To really avoid(or ignore) DMCAs you need to self-host/use a vps for your own version control tool like Forgejo/GitLab or use a decentralized one like Radicle.

I’ll be interested when they don’t actively block Linux in BattleEye.

Age restricted, so it can’t be watched without logging into YouPoop. 🙎

Or buy a CDKey from the cheapest website, they wont’t get money in both cases.

So for example if I want to add closed captions to my Twitch streams there is no way that I go pay a person to transcribe/translate the shit I’m saying for 3 hours everyday. Maybe this is a weird example but it fits my needs.

PS5 exclusive, no idea how that won a GOTY award.

Lie before launch about what features the game will/won’t include to dodge bad reviews and increase sales, add microtransaccions for costumes of older tekkens, add in game store with a paid currency that forces you to add more money that the exact amount you want to spend, mtx with limited uses, in game adds masked as free customization items (chipotle brand), add characters from older tekkens as DLC (Eddy, Lydia, Heihachi…), add a paid battle pass separated of the season pass that gives you customization items, exclude DLC content from the Season Pass/Ultimate Edition that was supossedly to include it (Heihachi scenary).

And who knows what more to come.

I hope they release more 3d fighting games to compete with Tekken, what they did with Tekken 8 is disguting.

I’ve never played Virtual Fighter but seeing how it looks I’m very excited to try it. No flying and no low fps hit animations, sounds great.

I suggest buying a bigger cpu cooler.

I didn’t know this tool existed, thanks!

Friendly reminder that selfhosted streaming exists (Owncast) or online alternatives like PeerTube.

The problem are kernel-anticheats, and EA of course.

Where can I see the game? Clearly the Steam page is not the right place.

I don’t think the bad graphics are a fair complaint but the ugly ass UI or the game making my PC blow like a military air jet while still looking like poop, (after 10 years) maybe that’s the real problem.

And no, my PC is not under specs, I can play Cyberpunk 2077 or similar games just fine.

I streamed for like a year and a half+ and I only managed to reach the 50$ treshold to cash out 2 times, so yeah, it’s very rough.

There are 2 problems here.

  • The company drawing a (probably underaged) character nude with a towel.
  • The player base sexualizing a (probably underaged) character.
