I personally don’t care a lot about Kojima’s games but I still think it’s absolutely great he gets to make whatever he makes because he is a unique voice in gaming!
In a sea of games as a service, mindless franchise milking and countless copycats someone like him is needed to make outlandish stuff, whether I like the games or not. Tons of people do and that’s great!

Too bad about the horrible Monster Energy product placement. It totally ruined the game for me.

Jesus christ. I think there’s a lot about that game I’ve blocked out. Piss grenade was definitely one of them.
Good news, they’ve been removed. They’re in-world lore accurate beers now lol.
Even in the base (not director’s cut) version?
Not sure about that.
The beers are a special drink, in the directors cut they’re replaced with Bridge’s Energy.
