Oh poop. I misread it as Helldivers 2. Sorry!

I’m running it on a 3600x, 5700xt, and 16GB of RAM. It runs perfectly. Do what you will with that information.

Edit: no it doesn’t. I though it said Helldivers 2

No reason not to try to get the most out of the turd you’ve paid for.

Less. They’re rolling back their recent, more open, policy.

She’s the only human woman, so it makes sense that she’d be the most popular.

Stay strong. You don’t need it. Plus, they’ll probably be cheaper later.

It doesn’t look like it’s labeled as AI written, but who knows.

I’m doing another playthrough on hardest difficulty while only leveling intelligence perks. So, all I do is use smart guns and quick hacks. It’s a very different way to play.

If you bought horse armor back in the day, you directly caused this problem.

I played it all the way through on launch on PC. It had bugs, and it was missing some glaring things, like proper cop AI. However overall I had no game breaking bugs. But also, I didn’t really follow the hype until the game was already coming out, so i didn’t have many expectations going in. I highly recommend it. Performance has improved, features have been added and refined, and it’s got a very rich and detailed world to play with. I haven’t played the DLC yet, but I’m hearing that’s pretty good as well.

I feel like a lot of these problems could be fixed with proper management. Just because Kohima creates interesting worlds in video games, doesn’t mean that you should let him do everything he wants. It seems like Konami themselves creates that environment. But also, maybe they are actually going to try hard to recapture what MGS meant for a lot of people. I personally like the mixture of very serious plot with completely insane elements, like zombies, vampires, ninjas, and a white haired black guy with a monkey addicted to coca cola that sells you guns.

Cyberpunk 2077. Damn good game.

I don’t think it will be the same without Kojima. Did everyone forget how Konami completely gave up on gaming a few years back?

Elden Ring and other Souls games are more about the journey than the destination. And normally that means that the lore sucks. It doesn’t.

I love BG3 and I have nothing against it’s animations. But what is it that you like? Honestly, I see a lot of people praise the animations, but besides a few scenes, the animations just seem “good”. Not mind blowing, but not bad in any way. So I don’t get that praise, but I’m sure there’s something that other people see in it that I don’t.

That being said the game is great. I haven’t had this much fun since KotOR.

Same people who went crawling back to Netflix after their shared accounts were shut down.

Bethesda games are a skeleton for mods for me, so I’ll pick it up after the modding scene matures.

I’m looking forward to playing it again. After BG3. And in between Tarkov. After Starfield. I guess by that point Elden Ring DLC might be out. Also need to play RE4 remaster. . Also didn’t a Harry Potter game come out recently? Also Atomic Heart had a DLC. Still need to try Hell Let Loose…

Maybe one day.

That’s true. Although, having that limit probably got more of them to participate. So while the impact was short, it was more noticeable.

I bet it’ll last less time then the reddit standoff. But I do wish them all of the luck. Fuck Unity and their bullshit fees.

We’re bored of this business. Let’s just suck it dry, let it whither away, and take our money elsewhere.

Customers…? Who?

Still grinding Tarkov. Trying to see how far I actually get in this wipe.

Nintendo did the same thing. I don’t remember the exact details, but they took a pirated copy of NES Super Mario Bros and were reselling it on another platform. As much as a dislike Nintendo and Take-Two/Rockstar for their business practices I can understand that it’s probably easier to just take back “stolen” and modified code and use it for themselves instead of repeating the process of getting around old copyright BS in order to resell the game.

It’s scummy, but I get it.

I never thought about this, but this makes sense.

Also, GameSpy arcade. My parents had McAfee blocking the internet, because the literal first thing I did was save porn to “My Pictures” directory. But it only blocked the browsers. So I used the built in web browser in GameSpy to download Star Wars BF2 mods, amongst other things

English is my 2nd language, so I always read it as “X” Fire. That;s funny, I never though about it.

Bioshock got copied by Atomic Heart and then AH gets copied by Delta Force. I’ll still play it. Might be good.

Can you still legally obtain a copy of the 2006 version? Because with music, if it’s a separate release, it doesn’t affect the past work. This is all, obviously, just my opinion. I feel that games suffer from the effects of this more because often when a “remaster” comes out for a 15 year old game, then it’s the only way to play it, because there’s no legal way to obtain a new copy of the old version.

Now that I think about I think the real difference is that games and other software require constant support, then music audio files don’t. Most people do consume music from a streaming platform, but you can still buy most of it in a physical format that you then are allowed to content shift to a format you can actually play. And theoretically once the copyright runs out, it can be shared. Although Disney has been ruining that for a while now. Games, for the most part are less “stable”. And since there’s almost no legal protection for people sharing old dead games, then the remasters can effectively erase prior art if they change content.
