My anecdote for AI and coding is that it’s a good replacement for google searching, especially when you are learning a new language.
You need to understand the fundamentals first, but asking the AI how to do a task in C when you’ve only coded in JS is very helpful. It’s still wrong, but it’s not like Stack Overflow is more accurate.

In my view Physical games are digital game in containers that we’ve yet to figure out to open. Digital games almost always have a DRM on top of it, and rarely can be used outside of their designated environment. My GameBoy, and PSP games have had a very long shelf life thanks to emulation and the various methods to back them up.

I have a bit more nuances on that. Some games are Steam or console only, so what I do there is get them deeeply discounted so that if I was to loose them the hit isn’t much. Otherwise GOG like digital services, or physical all the way.
The other way I look at it is for systems like the Switch or 3DS, where once it’s cracked open. The game has a very high chance at being emulated easily with wider compatibility than it would otherwise.

While it’s easy to be pessimistic about this. This is one of the few options to make actual change. Leaving thing as they are is a worse situation since it means that companies like Ubisoft can and will destroy the games which we own.
Will there be resistance? Yes Ubisoft is already stated their opposition to it.)
But it’s not up to companies like Ubisoft for how the EU makes it’s laws, it’s up to the EU itself. When there is potentially 1.4 million people in Europe telling you to “stop killing games” it’s going to be hard to tell them no.

Syndicate isn’t that bad… if you ignore Jacob. Odyssey is just beautiful, and the combat isn’t bad if you drop the difficulty down to a reasonable level.
Trying Origins now and I am liking it. Though I understand where you are coming from Odyssey and Origins would be better games if the RPG elements were gone.

With endless replay. Rollercoaster Tycoon 1&2. Shout out to Open RCT (sim city 3000 is a close second)
Console favourite- The Legend of Zelda Links Awakening
Sound track - Chrono Trigger
That long play (where you forget what you were doing if you put the game down) - Metroid Fusion/Prime
Pokemon - Emerald or Soul Silver depending on my mood.

From a quick search it doesn’t seem too difficult to do… if you have a USB, and a working Xbox 360

I recently got a few of these. Miyoo A30, Ambernic RG 28XX and 35XXH as well as an R36s.
My advise is do your research before buying since all had issues.
Miyoo A30 has a minuscule battery life (4-6 hours) and had poor thermals (hot to touch). And while it promises PSP and DS compatibility, you’d be lucky to run basic 2d games from these systems.
R36s I got was a clone system and finding a real one is like finding a needle in a haystack. The buttons were cheap feeling and with the older processor (same as real one) it’s no better than the A30.
Anbernic systems performed the same and was the best experience… until my 35XXH tried to set itself on fire. Thankfully it didn’t and while talking to support was like talking to a chat bot. I was able to get a replacement. So far no fire.
