It’s just hype. They’re all overly invested so they have to manifest success.

I wonder if he got some multimillion dollar severance package.

It was an adjustment but it was so worth it. I felt the same way about SM RPG, Mario 64, and Sunshine.

It looks really good so far. Crossing my fingers for this one.

I can play them on my Steam Deck. Just fyi.

That’s awesome. I finally just got back into it so I could do the Phantom Liberty stuff. Enjoy your playthrough, choom!

It’s a good list of popular indie games but the title did not prepare me for how old some of them are. I was expecting recently released or upcoming games.

Heavy speculation and a lot of “if the console is able to run them well enough.”

Bc they’re fun and easy to jump into,

Double Dragon II: The Revenge

Super Dodgeball

If you’re looking to spend time/have a complete experience:

Chrono Trigger

Super Mario 64

Final Fantasy VII

Chrono Trigger is one of the greatest games ever made.

That’s thinking outside the box but ultimately counterproductive for the average player. I’m a hot mess and in the heat of action, I’ll press the wrong button for the action I want. If my controller was trained on that data, there’s a good chance that at some point it will fuck me when I was going to hit the right button.

I think I would actually try the game out if you could purposefully select to play against bots.

Don’t say that. If you like games, you’re one of us.

I kinda wanted to try Shatterline. But it’s only on Epic so I can’t tell if anyone’s really playing it.

I wish they made games for it. It did a pretty good job of streaming and I put retro arch on it. Made it a great travel device.

I’m back and forth on that character. On one side, I found it annoying but then I’d remind myself that he is a caricature.

I was disappointed by how the resolution was taken out of the players’ hands though.

Love that game. I’m currently playing it again on steam deck. I really hate the diving with the sharks stuff. It really gets to me too.

Bonus points if she’s not as white as the purest snow.

I remain very skeptical but there’s some cool stuff in there. The chain sickle is cool and they made her very agile while her movement looks good too.

Depends on the person. I’m flabbergasted by looking at metacritic etc where it’s getting ~85.

I find it boring, clunky, and unoptimized. Decent story though.

I love the core game play loop so, I went back to it in May. It really hurt not being able to do my favorite activities. I think I play one month out of every year. Why can’t someone make a good game with these mechanics?

I hate that they deleted stuff but I can understand arguments against the size. It’s at 130GB without all of that missing content.
