Just checked it out on steam and it seems that it’s micro transactions focuse. If it just was cosmetics it would have been ok, but since you can purchase vehicles it sounds like it’s leaning towards “get the upper hand by paying money”.

Anyone who have played the game that can tell if there’s better cars to buy for real money than you can “earn” ingame?

Yeah… I totally respect that China doesn’t want to support any of the sides in Russias aggression against Ukraine.

So let’s fucking do this the Russian way by using proxies when purchasing products and services from China. China doesn’t seem to have any problems with that.

Or does it all boil down to that China “unofficially” supports Russia?

I don’t know how to feel about this.

On the one hand, it’s cool that they pushed old electronics way beyond the known limits, but on the other hand is 120p really an accomplishment?

Even my old Commodore 64 from 1982 was able to produce around 400p when pushed to the limit (I know progressive wasn’t thing on tvs then. I’m simplifying things to not end up on a side quest here). The norm was 200p and exploring how far the electronics could go in that resolution would be far more interesting in my opinion.

If we’re just focusing on framerate, I’m pretty sure it would be possible to reach over the kHz limit with 1p.

Essentially it would be possible to run 1p led-aray at 1MHz or more…

This repository and its releases do not contain game assets. The original game is required to build or run this project.

Nintendo might try but there wouldn’t be much substance in such claim.

I’m openly critical against the whole NATO thing and DSA but you’re just being silly, ignorant, a troll or all of the above.

I’d rather be a part of the Western military industrial complex than being Ukraine since 2014.

If Russia just could stop aspiring to be the premier asshole of the northern hemisphere, Sweden would still be “neutral” and democratic neighbors of Russia wouldn’t be forced to put huge amounts of tax money into arms instead of healthcare.

Russia essentially attacked the guy sitting next to them on the bus because they felt the guy was sitting too close.

Of course everyone on the bus gets scared of the idiot attacking people!

What would a movie ticket cost you in Chile?

I’d be super happy with any digital option that is usable in Steam. Less work for you seems like the most appropriate option here.

So Intel, Apple, every other company that develops ARM based processors, AMD and Nvidia has just missed this technology ?

We’re talking about trillions of dollars in just R’n’D investments and this technology just flew under the radar?

If it sounds too good to be true, it is probably too good to be true.

This one I’m really looking forward to watch. Jeff Minter was an original who never ceased to amaze with his creations when I grew up.

Old timer here… Diablo 2 has a story with an atmosphere that sucks you in. In that sense Diablo 3 was a real disappointment.

Now, if you’re going for Diablo 2 it’s the remastered version you want. The game is like 20 years old and not made for widescreen so it really feels dated on a modern screen. Also, prepare for isometric pixel graphics.

Strange how much Google used to loooove open source when it hurt Microsoft…

Google supporting an open source project ain’t a life raft…

It’s a warning sign.

I really miss the times when mods actually were encouraged by the gamedevs. Yes there are games that still encourage modding but it’s still not as widespread as it was so a couple of years after Half-life was released.

StreamOS was a bitch to install on an ordinary PC then. I tried multiple times and just got a black screen or it didn’t boot at all.

It sucked.

If you want a Couch Gaming Station I recommend you to look at ChimeraOS. Linux first that boots directly to Stream Big Picture (since it’s based on SteamOS) and it supports emulators and Epic Game Store.

On my old i5-8700T with qUHD630 it pretty much was a install, reboot, login to Steam and start playing. My Wireless Xbox Controller USB dongle was plug’n’play.
