Yeah, I tried one after many years…I had fond memories of the old PS2 versions.

PC port of Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends and janky everything was a barrier just too high to overcome.

Agreed on all counts. Williams and rodman were both awesome, I thought. Bummer about Rapinoe, especially as her last WC. I think there is a lot of soul searching to do now to avoid this in the future.

My gripe was that rapinoe had control issues on all her service attempts thus far in the game. She was clearly off and frustrated and didn’t think she should have been put out there. Didn’t like any of the tactical calls made, but maybe that’s just me.

Yeah, I think I must have said something to upset someone. I have had a few innocuous posts and comments down voted in the last day. Weird.

Or people take offense to me asking that question… (shrug)

Would you recommend game or show first for a new consumer of it?

I play it with my kids. My 7yo and I are bonding over his playthrough of Zelda A link to the past. He gets to do all the exploring and puzzles and I get to beat the hard parts (for now)

I haven’t been able to justify it, even though its been on discount several times now. $70 starting price for part of a story seems like a con to my brain. Should be right up my alley because ff7-ffx were my jam.

Nope. It’s now bloated with ads and “premium” features…nothing is sacred.

Like the crap they slapped onto solitaire? That was ridiculous.

My preference was Joey, but before Joey, I was on Sync and loved it. Can’t remember why I switched to Joey, but both are great.

lemmy.ml’s server is undersized and has been having trouble with the growth. They apparently can’t upgrade their instance on the tier that they are on without an extended outage, so they’re kind of stuck. (at least that’s what I heard). I still have been able to see their content, but I haven’t been able to join communitites and whatnot.

Give it a few days and I’m guessing the communities on lemmy.ml will be back to being usable or the community will naturally migrate to a different instance.
