I appreciate the suggestion, but I want a modern one with good specs and I’m really not a fan of Samsung phones after a series of bad experiences with them.

There’s no way I’d catch up to my Steam library, there’s like 1,200+ games in there at this point. 2nd biggest is GOG with ~300 but I’ve been using Steam since HL2

They could and sometimes make a relatively small amount of money, but it’s more about trying to legally protect their trademarks/intellectual property as I understand it. These days I’d much rather support an indie dev over a shitty “AAA” company for sure, tired of them price gouging people for games that aren’t even that good.

That’s super weird, I’ve had like half a dozen Xperias and never encountered this issue. Hope you can get it figured out, they’re usually great phones. Sorry I wasn’t able to be more helpful. Might be they patch whatever bug may be causing it soon too though, they’re usually pretty quick/good about updates.

Id be inclined to suggest a factory reset but are you sure there aren’t other accounts on there maybe?

Possible silly question: Have you rebooted your phone?

Try signing out, logging into the web instance of your mail/calendar, dismissing all notifications, then signing back in on your phone. If that doesn’t work, clear app data for calendar.

I loved them but Nintendo’s overzealous attacks on hobbyists and indie devs has killed any enjoyment I had left. For a while there I thought they might’ve turned the page on that, but sadly I was mistaken.

Also, stick drift.

Plus Steam Deck is infinitely better.

I used to love Nintendo but I’m done with their litigious bullshit

Maybe they should try making a good pokemon game instead

CIV

Finish

Choose one. You fucked up Firaxis, you missed what made CIV great.

It’s fine if I buy it though steam, but if I buy a game on steam, I’ll be pissed if another launcher pops up. For no bullshit at all, GOG is better because it’s DRM free.

Sorry to hear that, I hope things get better for you!

No, no, that’s not how this works. No 3s, them’s the rules.

Fuck it, I’m down (unless it’s a moba, then no thanks)

Because they didn’t think it through? Plastic is a pretty good choice of material: It doesn’t interfere with radio, it is impact resistant, it’s light, and it’s inexpensive.

They were also easily replaceable back then!

Actually, now that I think about it, Apple started the trend and Samsung copied them, so let’s blame Apple!

This is why I always use a case. I think OEMs intentionally use glass backs to make sure more phones break so they can make more money from replacement parts and repairs/replacements.
