This is my in game performance monitor:

Does it feel smooth? Yep!

Keep playing.

It’s getting harder but they are there. But hey, if I break my leg and go to ER at a public hospital, even though I have to wait a shit load of hours, I won’t pay anything when I walk out.

As an Aussie who has always enjoyed playing (and making) games, I’ve had free healthcare all my life and have only worked my arse off… Like most people I know.

That’s pretty much all that needs to be said. Sell yourself for that $$$$$. Fucking whore fucks.

Almost the same amount of unplayed games in my library.

I enjoyed the first one a lot but the second one I couldn’t get into. The removal of guns had me bored after a while and it just wasnt the same. Apparently they have introduced guns now but I’m in no rush to check it out.

That actually sounds like a good idea. As a half Pole I’d probably enjoy that

I tried playing the 3rd one and I really couldn’t get past Geralt’s voice and voice acting. I couldn’t stand it. Probably just me though.

This one won’t have Path Tracing, the GPU will absorb light from the atmosphere and project it onto your screen at 15 fps.

I always imagined that we’d all log into steam one day and there it will be, a big banner for HL3 available now.

Interesting, I might check it out and see how it compares to something like Playnite which I use.

I was going to say the same thing about the facial animations. On one hand it gives it that signature rockstar feel while on the other feels very outdated and immersion breaking.

HOWEVER, this will not stop me from playing.

Duke Nukem 3D…Because it has strippers and manly muscles on the front cover.

Looks great, I’ll check out the demo!

Yeah I wonder how much of it is we’ve gotten used to having quest markers all over the place to tell us where to go and just need to have the option of turning them off and rewiring ourselves… Or I just don’t have the patience anymore? Haha

As an old game player. If I stop and think about it, I really hate that I get frustrated /bored if I’m playing a game that doesn’t tell you what to do / where to go at every moment.

To me I’ve feel like I’ve lost my sense of adventure.

Maybe it’s also a time factor too, I don’t have the same amount of time to play when I was a kid.

Having said that, game design certainly has improved over the years and lessons learned in what not to do when it comes to level design!

Uuughh, isn’t this standard in most online games that have base building? Rust, Dayz and Scum has same mechanic built in very similar ways.

They would’ve only found a way to fuck it up anyway (EA, not the devs)

They should set themselves their own achievement to release another fucking SC game. Don’t worry about us, we’ve already played the shit out of these games.

Yeah same here. Around the 40 hour mark. I found I moved onto something else. People spending time and resources on building big and different ship designs and building a base seemed pointless to me given the gameplay loop.

The game is NOTHING like what has been advertised over the years. Even vaulting isn’t a thing, and trailers have shown players vaulting over fences etc. why the fuck would you remove vaulting from a game?
