As a PC gamer, I’d argue most of the best games come from the US, and some from Europe. These days there’s a few Japanese ports around but that’s still not as common.

The map scale AI is brain dead. It’s not fun, it’s boring.

It becomes a chore to clean up the map from the enemy, but the enemy isn’t hard or challenging, only numerous and time consuming.

Battle AI is tolerable.

I think they knew they would get backlash and factored that in.

He didn’t say anything like “I hear your concerns and we will look into them”

Googles antics with its service killing is what lead me to trying out the Apple walled garden.

Now I just need to quit Gmail somehow, sometime.

I loved this game so much. I might give Homecoming a try, but it’s so dated now. I’d love to see a similar superhero mmo with a more alive world.

It was great, just sadly felt more like a demo of a game they wished they had the funding to flesh out further.

Hopefully 2 is that game.

The body is their opinion, the title should be an open call.

Their title is perfect, it’s simply the name of the game and opens up any discussion about it rather than inviting a direct critique or agreement of their viewpoint.

As a fan of F1/2 who hated 3/NV and its jank, this game got me to enjoy the series again.

I really enjoyed the base building and it felt cool rebuilding some of the wasteland, something I always questioned why it wasn’t more common in other games, it’s been hundreds of years clean the fucking rubble from your bed room and stop sleeping on a hundreds of years old, dirty, stained, radioactive mattress.

There’s also going to be a seasonal rhythm to these counts. What times of the year are people more active and posting, etc. Lemmy is so young still, it’s hard to just look at the chart and see what’s what.

Wait 3 years and post when upvotes are cheap.

Can I just say thank you for being the only person to actually answer my question. If that’s the case I might try to power through a few more.

One more question though, it goes from 8.5 to 8.9; is that a big increase?

It sounds like very little but for all I know 99% of shows could be rated from 7-9, where it would be more impactful.

Shows that are captivating and offer a glimpse of the long term mystery?

Now the first episode of the Expanse had the same flow; introduce the different character groups, world build, and set events into motion.

It ended with multiple different character arcs in motion - an investigation, political drama, lost in space. Fallout had 3 people set off to start their arc maybe next episode? Vault girl leaves, Brotherhood guy leaves, Ghoul leaves.

The Expanse pulled it off fucking fantastically whereas Fallout just felt flat to me.

“Because they sold me the full package and didn’t try to rip me off, I should give them more money, thus ripping myself off voluntarily”

Full price is often already a rip-off.

A racist xenophobic country that flattens nails and oppresses people for the benefit of the elite due to its hyper hierarchical culture?

That . . . looks terrible and the main character voice actor does not work well.

I certainly want to upgrade my GPU to something with 24+gb of vram.

Because this game was a known cash grab since before release and everyone knew it would be shit.

Dragons Dogma 1 was a largely beloved if not hugely known game, devoid of this blatant cash grab behaviour.

We hold better things up to higher standards.
