The new Nvidia Blackwell gaming GPU reportedly has GDDR7 memory, and matches the rasterization performance of the GeForce RTX 4090.

No… Newer gpu is better than older one? Really?

If the 5060 outperformed the 4090, I’d be extremely surprised. Newer lower-tier doesn’t necessarily mean better.

The price?

Uhh, it’s in the title? $5,080

/s (hopefully)

Considering 4090 cards are supposedly still selling at north of $1,500 I’m going to guess the new cards come out with an MSRP of right around that, while the street price ends up being $2K for a year due to supply issues. Admittedly this is just speculation on my part.

I would hope so.

Thanks to the GPU vendors I feel like I don’t care about graphics cards any longer or their updates. I’m playing stardew valley 1.6 and having a blast on laptop graphics.
