A former specialized PS3 exclusive porting to PC, I wish the developers well. I won’t be as critical about graphics settings potentially being anemic with MGS4.
It was a Sony show. They barely mentioned PC. There’s no listing for Volume 2 on the eShop, and to set your expectations accordingly, I would only expect this game to run on the Switch 2, not the Switch 1.

I got a PS3 to play MGS4, and I found that even on there the performance wasn’t perfect. I’d love if this version ran flawlessly!

Oh thank God I can finally play MGS4 and put my PS3 to rest.
How did they get MGS4 running on everything? I thought the PS3s architecture made that impossible?
I’m going to guess they rebuilt it in Unreal.
Not impossible but a colossal pain in the ass such that no one ever thought they’d dip into their pocketbook to fund the work.
I guess RPCS3 pulled it off, Konami could too. The video is age gated and I don’t have an account, did they say if its coming to Switch do you know?
