Genshin Impact is an open-world action RPG. In the game, set forth on a journey across a fantasy world called Teyvat. In this vast world, you can explore seven nations, meet a diverse cast of characters with unique personalities and abilities, and fight powerful enemies together with them, all on the way during your quest to find your lost sibling. Is it even possible to “play” that game anymore? Last I tried, it took 30 minutes of clicking through inane dialog before I could move, only to trigger more dialog.
Seems like a tragedy of MMOs when they want to introduce what’s new to returners, but then deliver an avalanche of “new stuff” to people brand new to the game.

And then Hoyoverse discovered there’s a lot of 1st January baby in the US.
While I don’t play anymore I don’t want to lose my progress in Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd.

Does this apply to all Hoyoverse games? Never got into Genshin, but I enjoy Zenless Zone Zero.
