The best one imo is still the fresh upload, which then youtube will cycle all the thumbnail and then end up with the one that got the most click. If you pay attention to it when they first upload then a day later then a few days then a week, it will usually cycle from good to really bad then finally end in bad as their forever thumbnail and title.
