Finally they went back to the setting that makes me loved Metro series in the first place. And glad they didn’t drag Artyom back from retirement.

Yeah the lack of them in Exodus feels so out of place, i keep waiting for their appearance or mention by people but no one actually talk about them, as if they simply doesn’t exists or not wanting to make contact, but now they’re back, as if they never left. So disjointed.

It’s a palworld clone from the article. The dev even call themselves PocketGame(Palworld dev is PocketPair)

Honestly this one looks more like they put pokemon and palworld into a blender and call it a day, it’s pretty uninspiring. I think the only monster tamer i’m excited about is TemTem Pioneer, which theme seems to be closer to pokemon than palworld.

I finished it and i remembered i didn’t like it as much as the previous one because some element of the story doesn’t make sense(iirc there’s one part where a crewmate decided to stay back because he found someone he love, but then everyone mourn him like he’s dead in the next scene). Just rush through the story and take whatever consequences the game throw as you, because to not lose crewmate you need to explore a lot and take the correct path. It take me about 20 hours with some minor exploration to finish it so it’s not a really long game, shorter if you just stick to the main story.

I feels like it’s about time we stop making excuse for how company able to make bank by watering down their product, it actually sound pretty sad, and it kills some of my favorite studio because they thought about doing the same.

At the same time From Soft make bank by making Elden Ring better without having to watering down their product, same stuff happened to Capcom with their Monster Hunter World. It’s about streamlining the clunky gameplay while retaining the identity of what making the predecessor great.

Also we’re in a thread talking about how the game we want could be better if they’re different, so maybe don’t.

Turn base probably won’t save the shallowness of Witcher 3 combat, it need an overhaul for more in depth system. Witcher is introduced in the first one as a methodological monster hunter where he learn, prepare, and hunt the monster, while also deal with politics(which is probably the strongest part of the series). In Witcher 3 Geralt is a ballerina dancing with his blade.

The best witcher combat is in Monster Hunter World.

Pillar of Eternity, Baldurs Gate, and so on. I’m so very bad with tactics in CRPG i wish it’s a topdown arpg instead, or first person. Or basically every tactics game like Front Mission for example.

Edit: also i kinda wish Xenoblade combat isn’t that silly and more involved.

Someone probably are very close to getting Bloodborne on PC, Sony just have to do everything to stop it from happening.

I enjoy fo4 for the exploration part, and also kinda dig base building and the ship building intrigued me. I don’t think i need something super deep to hold me, but it should be fun enough. I’m most worried about the exploration part though, it seems to take the biggest hit because it doesn’t seems handcrafted anymore.

How is the exploration part? I like Bethesda game for that part and i heard starfield doesn’t excel in that end.

Also i didn’t know there’s a ng+

Is it finally time to buy it or should i wait for 5 more years?

Feels like linux can fix some of your problem, but then it creates some other. So, fair.

And it feels like the upcoming Steam Machine fit right into your case.

This shithead is one of the most prominent videogame industry journalist, so his source is probably way closer to the industry and more accurate in many way.

Emm yeah thanks for providing the definition of purchasing power, but i’m talking about regional pricing.

Why is country with less purchasing power end up paying more than Japan and United Fucking America, the price is insane.

Just got Deathloop, but currently doing MonHuntWorld so it has to wait. Was anticipating iceborne to go on sales so i can jump on the DLC right away but Capcom didn’t have any game on sales so maybe that’s the next thing i’m gonna get.

This would be me and my unarmed build in ng+, if we have one.

It’s not like anyone can turn it on anyway, thing need two 5090 to even function, and they’re one of those buying all the ram which caused ram shortage, which mean no one can run it well. They’re essentially making a tools for no one.

They used to host it in other places like europe and china, but i guess they scale it down after the decline of these sort of convention. It’s near impossible to do it these day because they’re not the only player in the room, and Steam have Next Fest

They have to make time to finish that Sekiro-like.

12 planned, 8 cancelled, 4 still alive, horizon one probably one of those 4, probably kept alive because it’s almost finished and it’s a known IP?

Sony said in 2022 that it wanted to release 12 live service games by 2025, but by the time 2025 rolled around it had cancelled eight of those projects and effectively walked away from the entire strategy.

Good people have to die for idiot king to realise their own stupidity. RIP Bluepoint, you guys are so close to remake Bloodborne.

Hmm, fair, can’t justify wasting time on people who want people to read their mind.

y’all don’t care about the difference between God of War Ragnarok and Devil May Cry because it’s “all action” to you.

You could’ve clarify by saying “hack and slash”, which is what the og GOW and DMC are, “action game” is so broad it could even include ff7r, kh, and even battletoad

What I don’t understand is why you randomly decide to jump in online arguments if you clearly don’t care.

It’s open forum, i can join any conversation i like.

I didn’t know God of War Ragnarok is a dating sim 🤔

Woah, it’s by Santa Monica. Glad big dev get to have fun with smaller project, we need to see more of these from other big studio.

Should’ve spend the money making and refining the game instead of giving money to Geoff just to say this

Mom: we have Monster Hunter at home.

It actually looks like they just take Fortnite, MonHunt, and Horizon, knead it together, sprinkle some vampire suvivor’s perk system, and bake it.

This is an important moment for any gamer who has purchased a Steam enabled game. That includes millions of gamers who have been impacted by the unfair practices that have resulted in them being overcharged.

No other platform are giving me 90% discount and regional pricing, and Epic Game Store price isn’t any cheaper despite collecting less charge. She might come with a right mindset but suing a wrong cause, and will probably not gonna win.

I wonder what the regulator will make steam do.

“no, you can’t have community page! Stop developing Proton and Lepton! You have to stop doing sales and deny more game from being sold in your platform and be generally shitty to your customer just so Epic Gamestore can catch up!”

She didn’t like AI for altruism cause, she’s not gonna fall for a stock broker or anything similar.

Established by two former tabloid editor. They can prove me wrong, and i will stand corrected, but then it’s such a USA centric site, i’m not holding my breath.

Played Hades 1, it’s super good when it clicked, if not it will feels like any other roguelike.
