Seriously though, at least wait until after cup final before hinting at such a decision! How is this not going to totally unsettle their squad for a big match? Why don’t they just concede the cup to Man City before kickoff and be done with it!

As a Newcastle fan: fantastic timing. I’ll be rooting for City so we might get some more European football next season 🥳

this is not a reliable United source, so who knows if it’s true.
