So, I thought I bought this… It’s a kickstarter called the OKpad. Word of warning: it is not OK.Run screaming! The e-ink bit? No backlight, no rotation, no keyboard. The LCD bit? Meh. Takes a day and a half to charge, runs out in three or four hours. Runs out while plugged in! Four releases back on Android. So, yeah, OKpad sucks.
I would be wary. I bought a Jelly 2, and the wifi range was about ten feet. If I left the room my router was in, no wifi. I contacted Unihertz, and they took forever to get back to me, and told me to ship it to them (my cost) and if they found a problem, they’d ship me a new one (again, my cost), and if they didn’t find a problem, I could pay to have my old one shipped back.
Screw that. It’s now a teeny tiny paperweight.
I am now rocking a Mode 1 Retro II.
Not bad, but now my classmates call me “Flip phone”.

I just got an Alldocube Iplay50mini, aka Kidz_PadPro, from geekbuying. It was 120$ Canadian, so under 100$ USD, and much faster than my Kindle Fire 10. It has a few things I really like, like the power plug on the top instead of on the bottom so I can use it while it syncs and charges. LTE works for Canadian cell carriers and T-Mobile. Came with a decent case and a garbage Bluetooth keyboard. I was surprised by how much I like it.
When it wouldn’t charge, I assumed I had a defective unit, so I emailed them and got no response. Posted on the kickstarter page, nothing. Straight onto the “I’m never using this but can’t bring myself to chuck it” shelf.
