Just reached my 300th hour in Deep Rock Galactic, so far I’m loving it :)

Iirc that’s almost how it was in Guild Wars 1. There would be common areas (towns and outposts, the places without danger/ennemies) and each time you ventured out of them and into the PvE world, it would be a new instance only open to you and your group.

Sometimes you can get a high sea release that does not get ruined by future updates if you like the current state of the game.

As others already said, autopilot. Withoutit would not have finished the game. I really wish you get to the end, it’s worth it ! Also, at some point, I read a spoiler free-isb walkthrough because I was stuck with some puzzles.

That’s true, and it’s a subset of another reality: execs are ruining life.

Here’s the thing: doing something does not always work, but doing nothing never does.
In the provided screenshot, the devs themselves explain that asking for refunds and leaving bad reviews is what gives them enough pull to even have the discussion with sony.

Of course you don’t have to do anything, but you really don’t accomplish anything by bothering the people who actually try to find ways to make the situation better.

Seriously, you’re still on that hill?
They hurt no one with their comment licensing, why do you feel the need to bother them and add to the harassment while adding nothing to the original discussion ?

According to the Tom’s hardware article from another post, it looks like it is.

MS-DOS 4.00 is quite an interesting version of this command-line-driven OS, as it was written in partnership with IBM and formed a branch of DOS called Multitasking DOS (or MT-DOS), that only had a limited release.

So if I read this correctly, big changes means doubling down on breaking the pve promise and (finally!) decoupling the available characters pool from mtx.

I picked it up last week, and I’m having a great time - although I suck at it, the ambiance really clicks for me and the pace is good enough to keep me interested even if I spend one hour on a single ennemy (looking at you chained ogre).

As they are a small studio, they did not have the money to buy all dnd licensed content upfront (Wizard if the Coast makes it quite expensive). When the game was a success, they added dlcs for additional races/classes they could now afford.
Lost Valley and Palace of Ice add new campaigns (they are ok but I enjoyed the base campaign more).

If having all the races and classes from official dnd content matters to you, I would recommend the Unfinished Business mod (you can find it on nexusmods). Personnally I played the first campaign with the limited options from the base game and I still had a real blast :)

Dunno if it’s on sale, but Solasta Crown of the Magister is a great dnd game made by a small studio. It’s much shorter, but imo the general mechanics are really good and the use of height in combat is better than in bg3.

I tried It Takes Two with my SO, and they hated it because of the need to control the camera - so we went to 2d platformers after that.

I finished It Takes Two with my sister, small warning: the game is mostly feel good at the beginning, but in the end you’re gonna have to do some horrible things.
I didn’t mind - I’ve done a lot worse in other games where I didn’t have to - but she did not enjoy these parts of the game.

Solasta is one of my current favorite games :)
It’s (imo) better than bg3 for dnd mechanics, combat is good, and the story is ok (it lacks the vastness of choice you get in bg3).
I recommend using the Unfinished Business mod (you can find it on nexusmods) as it adds lots of species and classes and some QoL improvements.

PCgames being pcgames, no useful info in the title/description. Here you go.

Mod name: Delta Particle (mod for hl1) Setup: another base (delta base) is affected by the black mesa events, and that’s where you work Content: 36 levels, new weapons and new ennemies

You can get it on moddb and I guess other places too but I didn’t look further).

And I commented without reading the article, my bad. Thanks for the correction :)

When your privacy performance is not even good enough for Google, it’s time to ask yourself some questions.

Time to deactivate autoamtic updates in case they fix the bug before I can visit !

I’ve been playing Solasta the past few weeks, great game with a grid system that makes real good use of 3d and height :)
