I always go back to Kiss Launcher after trying other launchers. With a huge amount of apps, there is no point trying to organise the icons. Nothing beats typing the first letter and launch.

The guy seems to be getting increasingly more arrogant. I would rather chat with AI instead of hearing/reading what he says.

No I am not blaming on the devs. I am blaming on myself having limited lifetime especially limited free time.

Dragon Quest IX released in 2010 is still in my backlog.

I still haven’t started playing Horizon Zero Dawn. Sequels are being released way faster than I can clear my backlog and play the originals.

Sony Group's net profit for fiscal year 2023 (ending March 31, 2024) was revised upward to 860 billion yen (around $6 billion). This represents a 20 billion yen increase from the previous estimate.
Sony Group's revenue for fiscal year 2023 was also revised upward to 12.20 trillion yen (around $85.395 billion).

Wow this thumbnail is bad in so many ways. They should have used in-game pixel art instead of this excuse of a cover “art”.

I can’t play the game because the text is tiny and there is no text size settings.

I don’t agree that the graphics look dated at all. In fact I think it is one of the best looking games even now.

Overly dramatic and cheesy in some places.

Completely agree with “your playthrough will actually feel like YOUR playthrough”. Most choices have consequences, unlike Telltale games.

The title screen (Chloe) is a touch of genius.

Now you’ve reminded me to start my second run.

Yeah but there is only one person on the planet who wants to call it X.

Put this in Google search?

“vpn site:play.google.com”

I usually have problem with controller settings when playing external games via Steam Link.

For me, I prefer Steam because of Steam Link, which allows me to play Steam games remotely on my phone.

Thanks. It is actually for my wife. She finds the MX too big for her hand, so she is considering to replace it with the Lift.

Wow that escalated quickly. What will Turnip boy do next?

I would highly recommend the Logitech Ergo trackball for non gaming use.

The Lift is nearly twice as heavy as the MX according to the specs on Amazon. Do you find it too heavy?

I am hoping that the Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D remake will sell well, so Square-Enix will remake Chrono Trigger in the same style.

I don’t think the remake is a bad game, but I enjoy the original better because:

  • I prefer the original ATB combat better than the remake’s action hybrid
  • The original has much better pacing, the remake has a lot of padding
  • The original feels more open for exploration, while the remake feels very linear
  • The remake added some nonsensical story

Final Fantasy 7 OG with HD textures and Echo-S mod (full voice acting).

It is a much better game than the so-called remake.

I saved my life by sleeping and not playing Starfield at all. Checkmate.

So players are going to find loopholes to trick AI into bypassing the moderation.

I am still waiting for Cyberpunk 2077 to go better than half price.

Stray as well, it seems too expensive for a short game.

I might use it if it had proper game controllers support, especially my Stadia controller.

Using phone touchscreens as controllers is a terrible idea.

Not OP but I really dislike the way Firefox handles multiple tabs. When there are too many tabs, Chrome would shrink the tabs to icon size, but Firefox insists on keep a weird minimum tab size and make you scroll the tabs awkwardly.

I stopped using Firefox for a long time because of that, until I discovered Sidebery (vertical tabs).

Ace Attorney Trilogy. I was immediately hooked even though I am not a fan of visual novel or detective games.

The original seems to work well via emulators. What is the remake going to improve?

Yes! Let’s move away from the tankies.

c/firefox needs to do the same thing.

That’s what I found as well. Some gamers seem to be overly emotional over little things, and are defensive with their favourite games.

Yes. And I like that when the enemies are stronger, they actively chase you so you can’t always avoid the battles.

Fallout (3 and up) = TES with Guns

Starfield = TES in space

I’m very interested to see how they implement levels. I hate level scaling. Why should I level up if enemies get stronger with my character?

I like random encounters in JRPG. Having enemies that I can avoid all the time (DQ11) removes the challenge and fun.

In earlier DQ games I enjoyed exploring new locations, taking the risks of being wiped by stronger enemies. In DQ11 there is no risk and no reward.

I don’t mind the voice acting, but I can’t enjoy the linear world connected by literal corridors.

And I hate blizball.

Super Mario Galaxy has amazing orchestrated soundtrack that must be experienced with the innovative gameplay and beautiful art design.

I can’t imagine playing this game without the music.

Mario games must be banned, they make people jump on turtles and throw turtle shells.

Kirby games are even worse, people suck because of Kirby!!

I like “Remember the Game”, the host has nearly the same gaming tastes as me. He is funny and he doesn’t waste time like many other gaming podcasters.
