That’s cool. I’ll install Torzu on my ROG ally and play all the fucking switch games I want to.

Torzu is a fork of Yuzu, so essentially the same thing, just being kept updated. I am not familiar with emudeck but I am sure it will be compatible. I know files like saves etc from Yuzu work with Torzu.

I started using it last week. It works well so far although I have only played the new donkey Kong. Take note that Torzu has gone to the dark web, so if you want it you need to go through TOR. This is good because this makes take down near impossible.

I never do but I know you can. But once again it is not as easy as casting. You could for example get a dock and have Xbox remotes which could emulate a console feel. My suggestion is to do research before you buy and see if it caters for your needs. Is it a good device? Yes. Is it super user friendly? Depends on the user.

Yeah it’s a hefty price tag but I wanted the extra battery. The Z1 extreme has pretty much the same performance and come with 500gb storage, with a better price tag. You can always upgrade your battery and ssd if you want to later down the line.

I love the device! The fact that I can play pc games in my hand is a huge win for me. I work in front of a pc the whole day. Last thing I want is to sit in front of a pc for gaming. But you must understand it is a pc and not a console. You have more setting and things to tinker with setting to get best performance unlike a console where it is just plug and play.

I jumped ship from Switch to handheld pc. The pc game prices was a big part, especially older games don’t hold value. For example I got Middle Earth shadow of war for like $6. I still sometimes miss my switch but I will definitely wait a while before I decide on a switch 2.

It’s the Nine Club, not the Live Club. Might have been an autocorrect. But anyone into skating this is by far the best skating podcast out there.

Pre order literally adds no value in this day and age. Besides that the dev house may have a few days early player access, but if their game is shit with negative reviews, they will lose on post sales so they won’t all do it.

Fucking have some patience and just buy the game after reviews come out.

Infinite was fucking great. I remeber feeling really immersed in the game and the story. It had super weird and dark theme which had me gripped. Oh Booker and Elizabeth, I miss you.

The words of a saint! Man I fall into this trap every fucking time

But the real question is which ones will sit and gather dust in our libraries!

It’s the Arkham trilogy. I have read some reviews that two of the games play ok-ish. The one is a total shit show. The problem with the Switch is that Nintendo has been milking this one nicely and the hardware is overdue for a refresh. I salute the devs that make power hungry games work on the Switch. The Switch is my only console, but as a handheld fan, the next one may be something else but I will hold out to see what Nintendo comes out with first.
