They’re basically announcing “We’re a business, but we’re not all that interested in making money.”

It’s not an RPG, but I always recommend PowerWash Simulator. It’s one of those games where you don’t have to pay too much attention to the game and can watch stuff on your phone.

Aside from that, maybe World of Warcraft private server like ChromieCraft.

There’s also Starbound, Terraria, Fallout 3 & New Vegas, the Portal and Borderlands games, Half-Life 2 just received an update.

I have 3,400 hours in Space Engineers.

About 1,500 hours in FFXIV, 1,400 hours in DayZ, and 1,300 hours in 7 Days To Die.

Then 900 hours in Empyrion Galactic Survival, 500 hours in Baldurs Gate 3, and 300 hours in Fallout 4.

The rest are well below 200.

Sort of like every business and corporation that has a booth at Pridefest. Many of them are hostile to the LGBTQ+ community, yet they’re at Pridefest just for the PR.

I have a suspicion it’ll be a lot like EvE Online and their EvE Echoes mobile version. The mobile version is significantly watered down in size and functionality, yet is still playable. I think we’ll see something similar.

We’ll still see the core gameplay, but parts of the game might be removed or retooled. Crafting and gathering will likely be simplified, minions will be gone, jobs will have less abilities, graphics significantly reduced, and so on.

It’s doable, but don’t expect it to be the same game.

If the devs screw this up, the modding community will fix it.

I have a rechargeable mouse from a no-name Chinese company, and they put the port at the nose of the mouse. It works like a wired mouse when plugged in and charging.

How has Apple not figured this out?

I see triple A, and red flags go up. Didn’t Bethesda brag about being a triple A gaming company right before crapping out Starfield?

I would have loved to see Larian take on the White Wolf IP and make a Vampire: the Masquerade game.

Though it was used in a few games before, a Quake tournament and Half Life 1 cemented the use of WASD controls.

Final Fantasy 14, specifically the new expansion content.

Maybe the new Switch will have the equivalent power of a PlayStation 3.

A message from Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa, posted this morning to social media platform X, confirms we’ll hear of Switch 2 “this fiscal year” - before the end of March 2025.

But the message also damps down any expectation we’ll hear about Switch 2 in the next few months - as Furukawa rules out any further details being shared in an upcoming Nintendo Direct scheduled for June.

Furukawa wrote. "We will make an announcement about the successor to Nintendo Switch within this fiscal year. It will have been over nine years since we announced the existence of Nintendo Switch back in March 2015.

“We will be holding a Nintendo Direct this June regarding the Nintendo Switch software lineup for the latter half of 2024, but please be aware that there will be no mention of the Nintendo Switch successor during that presentation.”
