Pretty much any Final Fantasy game fits this to some extent.

Wait, Zelda’s on Steam? Why can’t I find it?

You understand that arguments about the legitimacy of law is an argument about whether a law should exist rather than if a law does exist, right?

There’s a difference between saying that someone’s “in the right” (which they’re absolutely not) and saying someone is legally capable of doing what they want. (which is debatable)

IP law is an illegitimate institution, so no they’re absolutely not.

Oh no, both the wolves look like wolves. Never mind they have different color schemes and geometry; look, they’re both wolves!

I approached the claims with an open mind, but when I read that the worst offender was the wolf I realized that none of the claims could possibly hold water.

Because I was trying to be funny.

Why are you so invested?

I gave up keeping track of console generations over a decade ago; All my stuff is on PC.

The way the headline is phrased suggests a disapproving tone.

What, in this context, does “neutrality” mean?

I’ve played Ark, and I think the places where Palworld is most similar to it are where it’s weakest.

I’m not entertaining the idea that shifting to a critique of a specific aspect of the game is the same as claiming it’s “boring”.

Also, I think the way they paced out the increases in mobility is one of the game’s stronger aspects. In the context of a large explorable world, making walking speed too high will destroy the challenge and pacing of the game like nothing else. The overworld is enormous with appropriately scaled terrain that’s magnificent and glorious to behold. If you’re not taking the time to look around and appreciate the scenery, I can understand why you’d say it’s “boring”, but maybe consider that it’s not for you and move on instead of pretending your opinions are able to predict how appealing people find it.

I am moving “faking my own death” lower on the list of retirement plans.

I’m taking this off of my list of places to move if I ever fake my death.

The weirdest part about this to me, as a mathematician with limited programming experience, is the idea of using quadrilaterals instead of triangles. You can make any polygon out of triangles, but the same absolutely cannot be said of quadrilaterals. Why would anyone do that?

Steam isn’t a monopoly; they have competition. As far as I’m aware, they also don’t have a mechanism to lock people out of the market, so there’s probably no danger of them becoming a monopoly. I have no idea why people are going around saying they’re a monopoly when they demonstrably aren’t.

I want fewer Ark features, actually. I don’t like the way tech scales or how it’s unlocked by leveling up.

I think it’s fun, actually. If the game never updates again I’ll be disappointed that it never became what it could have been but I won’t regret buying it or spending time playing with my friends.

Pokemon Infinite Fusion. It’s honestly the best pokemon game I’ve ever played, fan-made or otherwise.
