You just need a way to rationalize it. For me, I focused on the fact that the praise the Warrior of Light usually receives is in the vein of never giving up, not that they are just plain powerful. As such, I don’t view my character as any more powerful than any of the Scions, or Raubahn. I think the narrative of Shadowbringers and Endwalker support that idea. That fight with Zeno’s at the end was just pure willpower at the end, neither had any strength left and they still fought till they couldn’t move.

Build a gaming rig on Newegg credit, pay it off interest free in 12-24 months depending on current deals.

I for one am a lifelong Nintendo customer that has finally decided to boycott them moving forward. Plenty of other companies to support.

Congrats Nintendo, I’m done with you. SNES, Gameboy, N64, GameCube, Wii, Switch, and now done for good. Cantankerous old dinosaur of a company that has lost touch with the world.

I play both. Deadlock is definitely more Dota style with longer matches and punishes poor team strategy much more. OW2 scratches a different itch.

Uplink

A classic from Introversion. It’s a bit older so it’s gotten over the review threshold by now, but I’d wager it’s relatively unknown.

Link to the Past for being my first. Twilight Princess for the modern era.

Super Metroid (SNES)
Final Fantasy VI (aka III in US on SNES)
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES)
Eternal Darkness (GameCube)

This is true that it is a likely reason. It is also possible that Gabe Newell runs his company in a very deliberate way because he thinks it’s a net benefit to both his company and gaming in general. From what I have heard, which of course may be a flawed understanding of the man, it seems like he has certain principles. I guess the question is whether or not a person believes intent matters or only the end result.
