I took break from Silent Hill 2. I logged in and used up all my health and shot at a door. Had no idea what the buttons were. After reloading, I was a like, “Ah, great… What the fuck am I looking for?”

But why would she be muscular!? Where would she get the protein? Women can’t build muscle. It’s just the woke trying to force their muscle mommies on us. No one wants to see that. Of course, I’m not saying it’s not possible for a girl who works out consistently and canonically keeps track of her physical fitness to have muscles in an environment where she would likely be doing a lot of physical labor, but I just think it would take me out of the movie since this is clearly forced woke propaganda.

I feel like they’ll keep working on that, to try and make it safer or easier to use. I don’t know if I’ll be around to see it, but people are pretty clever.

I don’t think this is it, but they do need to stop for awhile. I could see them integrating VR into consoles (instead of an add on), and, as always, some graphic update. Technology is always improving, so I doubt this is where it’ll stop. But they’re going to need to be patient. 🤷🏿‍♀️

To each their own! I enjoyed playing as

9S

But I’m glad you like the other playthroughs!

I love Nier! I’m thought the second play through would be a slog, but they kept it really interesting imo. And starting it up for a third time was wild. Even starting that game is part of the game mechanic, it’s so neat!

I often think about the god who blessed us with this cryptic puzzle…and wonder if we’ll ever get the chance to kill him.

Monster Hunter: Not all at once of course, but it’s a game I keep coming back to. A friend in college introduced me to it on the psp and I was invested. I’ve had some version of it somewhere since, and I don’t think I’ve ever removed it from my psp either.

Overwatch: This is from before the change, but it became a comfort game. There were no chats, and I didn’t have to be in voice chat. I was low level (bronze), but I was content. I still play here and there, but I may get a match or two in before I leave out. Back in the day I could play for hours.

  • Ghost of Tsushima
  • Nier Automata
  • Fatal Frame 1-4 (On different platforms)
  • Silent Hill 2-4
  • Bioshock (First One)
  • Yoshi’s Island
  • Resident Evil 5 & 6 (My friend and I think they’re hilarious for whatever reason)
  • Persona 5
  • Ace Attorney (Not all of them, but a handful I’ve returned to)
  • Ultra Despair Girls
  • Until Dawn

Usually it would just bring me into the game as normal unless I left it running so 🤷🏿‍♀️

Whoops, was thinking of something else.

They can be hard. I’ve tried Bloodborne, Elden Ring, and Sekiro. I got the furthest in Sekiro and kind of got the draw because, man, the high when you finished a boss. But the struggle, from my understanding, is part of the gameplay itself, part of the experience. It was too unforgiving for me. While I was happy finishing a boss, I didn’t go into the next one excited for the challenge, I was dreading the upcoming hours of banging my head against the wall, so I just decided it wasn’t for me. That part of the game play just wasn’t appealing to me, doesn’t mean it’s bad of course.

I say give it a try! They always have Bloodborne on sale, nothing wrong with trying and deciding it’s not for you, and it’ll be awesome of it is!

Why? The original didn’t go anywhere, and they’re just screwing us out of possible remakes my faking bad press. So far, I’ve heard that they knocked it out of the park and I hope it’s true. Give me my SH4 remake

Kunitsu-Gami! I played the demo for 7 hours and then bought it officially. I enjoyed it way more than I expected.

Some of the transfered PS3 games (Katamari was one I remember). The Tomb Raider Puzzle game glitches (doesn’t on the PS4), and it seems any game that uses an app (tried to play a trivia game with the family and it didn’t work until we went to the PS4).

Not anything life or death, big named stuff works fine, but it’s just annoying to have to go back to the PS4 to have things play right.

I already feel like a chump for getting the PS5. There’s hardly any games for it. Hell, there are some games I can’t play on it. I can’t imagine what’s changed so drastically in the last couple years to even be worth an upgrade.

I wonder why women don’t normally take those kinds of jobs. Could it be that men have often made these kinds of jobs a “boys club,” forcing women to constantly prove themselves and deal with harassment so they feel unwelcomed? I mean, it couldn’t be that, even after women were allowed to do these jobs, they faced an uphill battle getting in, let alone being taken seriously. I mean, damn those women for not enlisting until it was legal (even though many women worked as spies, nurses, and even disguised themselves to fight, but whatever. ).

Hear that women, we’re having fun. We’re just looking for comforts such as * reads notes * bodily autonomy and the privilege of, let’s see, ah yes, the privilege to talk about what issues we may be facing and to truly be seen as equal and not just “beta men.” Male political issues are well and good though. That’s not on the list, thank goodness🫂

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris was cute.

Resident Evil 5 & 6 also have co-op, and I believe revelations 2 as well

Untiled Goose Game (on the short side)

Cup Head

Extreme Exorcism

I find it comforting in a way. One of the last times I played a game and was like, “Oh, what’s this? Joy!?”

“What Remains of Edith Finch” could work. And “Man eater.” What’s more summer than a a shark?

“And now our next story. Despite record heat waves, funneling money from public programs, ipad kids, crowed and underfunded schools, book bans, increasing everything so parents can afford less, increasing political unrest and an ever present threat of violence due to lacking gun control, kids seem to only want to play video games!”
