Small Radios Big Televisions will be pulled from sale “within the next few weeks”…

Is there any explanation forthcoming from either WB or the creator? Is it a by product of the culling occurring in WB’s film division? How could that work when the game had already been released? What could the justification be for this action? How much money could they possibly be saving by removing this game from a third party distribution service? I’m genuinely asking, and I hope there is an a better answer than “greed”, even if that’s probably what it boils down to.

How could he possibly be able to do this?

He made the game but it’s owned by WB so it should be straight up piracy

I think he still owns the game. His publisher is the one delisting it.

Then he could just list it

I don’t have a problem with piracy but putting it under his name isn’t a good idea

Or he could have some clause in the contract that prevents him from bypassing the publisher for profit, or maybe he just doesn’t want the game to disappear and has a clause that lets him give away copies so he’s free and clear. It isn’t necessarily piracy. You asked how he could do this, I’m just spitballing possible answers.

I bought the soundtrack on bandcamp a few years ago, and it’s well worth a listen. Time to try the game!
