So Byterunners (the developers of DDS) are suing the publisher, Movie Games, because MG went after Schedule I without talking to Byterunners first. And when called out on it, supposedly MG banned Byterunners from the DDS discord server and their platform, taking away BR access to the assets that BR used to even make the game
Don’t forget the part where the publisher withheld the devs’ compensation for console sales
