Clickbait title.

TL;DW:
ASRock mobos are exhibiting dynamic SOC voltage fluctuations which may be causing damage to 9000 series CPUs due to demanding too high power draw in a short amount of time.

The fix may be in changing the “SOC OC” mode from auto to disable in UEFI settings.

  • long term fix will be an AGESA/UEFI update from ASRock if this is the primary source of problems.

did you read the article. the phenomena is basically tied to asrock and aggressive dynamic voltage values, while other oems voltage values are near static.

while amd isnt a saint by any means, reading just the headline is extremely misleading.
