The money from microtransactions, battlepasses, loot boxes, premium currency, and FOMO.
Ubisoft is really paving the way for it’s own irrelevance.
They’ve been giving out their big titles games for free just to beg for attention. They haven’t been relevant in a while.
That’s what you get for alienating your customers
That’s the tragedy. I loved AC games so much. It really hurts to see things fall for Ubisoft so badly. But, they brought it on themselves.
A few were great. A few were ripoffs. To my knowledge the team that originally had the passion to want to make the game great hasn’t been at ubisoft for a while
Another day, another banger
All Ubisoft does is copy other peoples homework and change just enough to make it not look identical.
