I know this isn’t all _that _ helpful but for me what worked was finally forcing myself to start playing a couple of the games in my backlog. It made me realize that I can really enjoy a lot of the games I already own which decreased my desire to buy more games.

Whether it’s price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don’t meet the system requirements, or just haven’t had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor have a really attractive bundle for both, actually. Pretty fun games if you like the soulsbourne formula.

Yeah, when I get the urge to buy, I go through my library and pretend it’s a “store”, and “shop” for something I haven’t played.
Small psychological trick that…seems to mostly work. :)
