23 games + 1 DLC[1] for R$180 (~32 USD)

I know some of those aren’t exactly bangers, or might just barely be considered good, but I won’t even play them all anyway[2] enjoy looking at subpar games from time to time

  1. I nearly bought Blades of Time Limited edition, then I saw that I already had the base game in my library. It’s one of the things that pisses me off with GOG, it won’t say you own the game if you have the base/deluxe/platinum/definitive/whatever edition but are looking at a different version, and will gladly let you buy it again ↩︎

  2. I really need to get my shit together and start playing instead of just buying ↩︎

I barely remember the story of SiN, but I do remember enjoying it when it came out. That whole “guy in the chair”/mission control shtick is probably why I hold this game in the same category as Deus Ex in my head, even though they’re very different.

Had to make a comment about SiN as well. This was one of those $5 disks in the very small PC section of Walmart back in the day. Had some great fun with that game.

One of the few games based on the Quake 2 engine. Which is a shame, I quite liked the chunky feel of it.

A gaming community free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it’s price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don’t meet the system requirements, or just haven’t had the time to keep up with the latest releases.
