Ugh, headlines have gotten so bad these days. I clicked because I was curious why they did a 180 on policy…
Could it be a regional thing? Tabling a bill means the literal opposite depending on the legislative structure.
I think it’s media journalism lingo that’s creating confusion when used in political journalism.
