I want to play this game so badly, but I might wait to see how it plays on PS5. Seems like a great couch game. Little worried about how it’ll control though.
I’ve been playing it on my steam deck and it works great. Ps5 should have no problems when it comes out.
Divinity OS2 was already great with a controller. I would be very surprised if the developer now screws up the function.
It plays impressively well with a PS5 controller. I’m playing with one on my PC. I actually think it plays better with the controller than mouse and keyboard, which I tried first. On PC it dynamically changes to the console UI when you use a controller. They clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the controls.
Coming from someone who doesn’t really like DOS2 with a controller - they made it work a lot better in Baldur’s Gate 3 and it is at the point where I am mostly playing with a controller. Turn based mode goes a long way in this game to not having mouse selectivity.
