Honestly im pretty sure every stealth attempt in star wars turns to shit. The only successful one I can think of is maybe some of Kyle Katarns missions, and a single mission in KOTOR 2.

I don’t remember a stealth mission in KoTOR 2, but I remember sneaking around the Leviathan as Juhani in the first one.
I don’t remember a stealth mission not going to shit with Kyle eventually. At least in the games, no idea how it is in any novels or such.
Infiltration of Jabba’s palace was pretty thorough and went off as planned.
What about when the Rebels first take control of the shield facility on Endor? Does that count? (They go loud eventually when they defend, of course).
