Lemmy was overall a very small part of it. It is a very small community compared to other social platforms. Even if every single Lemmy user owned Helldivers 2 AND left a review, it would still account for less than a quarter of the recent Steam reviews.
Pretty much my only fps game, and has been for the last 7 years. Other fps games may have had my interest for a few months, but I just keep coming back to Titanfall. The gameplay mechanics are by far my favorite.
I know they’re not entirely related but it’s the first thing that came to mind so I had to make it.
