id be down for a halfway device between One and Two, if they can keep the pricing closer to the One.

i really like that they are giving us more lan ports, but the hefty price tag really dissapoints me.

really puts it into unaffordable territory for my global south ass. too bad, i wanted to upgrade my wifi with an officially supported device, but the One doesnt have as many ports as i need.

for that price id rather get something that can run full linux.

the king is completely naked and we can all watch it from the comfort of our homes.

what a time to be alive.

i don’t really feel like getting into an argument thread with you right now. you seem to be a bit angry and aggressive about it too.

plenty of people here are probably already telling you why its bad. aint gonna be me today, chief.

i don’t really care what you do. give all your data to google if you think that makes you brave.

oh, is letting it control your child not trusting it way too much?

dont be naive. google is not your friend, worse when your kids and your money are involved.

yes, and not just china. these types of things are done like this all over the world.

i’m sorry for your loss. our hope is devices like the steam deck taking off even more and forcing their hand, the op article is a step forward.

thats what i do already. what is missing for you on linux still? is it anticheat?

ublock origin and firefox.

no ads, no popups. game wikis are a breeze to use for me.

doesn’t matter, rocket league is faaaaaar from 10/10

your lack of faith disturbs me, arthur.

it can still run everything, nothing outdated about it just yet

honestly i see the industry moving in that direction, not unlike the “pride and accomplishment” thing of yesteryear. i hate this so much.

didnt know it even released. the first one was neat, id play the second.

subscriptions for games! thats exactly what i wanted!

you pay a monthly fee for videogames just so you can not play them?

wtf are you on about, they usually can beat all but the biggest one.

I explicitly said they don’t have the most powerful GPU.

you took a specific period where, yes, AMD was struggling.

my assertion is correct because we are not at that time anymore.

The crushing majority of people are not spending $3000 on a graphics card. Chasing the fastest for the sake of it is something most people are not doing.

All other pricepoints are covered, and slightly better served on average at that by AMD.

the thing is “a pc” is very vague.

you are probably talking about a pc several generations behind, in that case its awesome that the game even runs.

that image gave me nostalgia.

guess ill have to replay it in its entirety…

dunno about this generation cause im not in the market for new parts, but amd usually comes within spitting distance at much lower prices.

it makes less and less sense to buy nvidia as time passes, yet people still do.

amd exists, people.

please put your money where your mouth is please?

just the fact that they wont have an iron grip monopoly over the rest of the world is fine by me
