I use the DDG App. It closes all my tabs automatically, I’m the type of person to have hundreds or thousands of tabs open and don’t need that on my phone.

Plus it’s like incognito mode by default, saving cookies on only the sites I explicitly tell it to

I’m sure I can configure Firefox in a similar way but DDG just feels good to me.

The point of software like DLSS is to run stuff better on computers with worse specs than what you’d normally need to run a game as that quality. There’s plenty of AI tech that can actually improve experiences and saying that Skyrim graphics are the absolute max we as humanity “need” or “should want” is a weird take ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think that’s one thing that’s often forgotten in these conversations. The cat’s out of the bag, you will never be able to stop the generation of things as they are right now. You’ll just be able to punish people for doing so.

They’re also developing computer chips running on actual biological human brains if that helps the brain aspect

I wonder if that bridge has immortalized itself in AI history.

They claim “we have never officially supported Linux” and then took a random day to point at how few people went through the effort of making it work anyway as their reason to not support it.

Might be a licensing thing? So you’re practically pirating those libraries?

That’s my best guess.

Here’s one you almost definitely won’t know. Guy made his own game engine to make it work.

Hyperbolica - A whimsical Non-Euclidean adventure with mind-bending worlds full of games, puzzles, mazes, and secrets! Immerse yourself in reality-warping geometries where lines can never be parallel, horizons are curved, and space grows exponentially.

It’s pretty awesome, but generally Kbin does it even better in my experience. It’s designed to be able to interact with both. Looking forward to the API!
