Yeah, I also don’t think it’s terribly crazy for a company like valve to protect its IP when it’s being directly copied. Valve has also traditionally been very good about reaching out to these sorts of devs and making deals with them

Honestly I love multiplayer gamers because I like meeting people. There’s plenty of wholesome lobby games and some more intense games both have their benefits. Most people hate intense lobbies because of people who can’t handle the heat and freak out, but it’s really fun holding the team together or seeing someone do that. Both types of games and lobbies are fun to me. I get why people only want single player games though

Icefrog always subtly forcing his visage into any game he works on smh /s

Icefrog is an extremely talented dev so this game is for sure to be real fun. I trust in the frog as a life long dota player

This is an outdated sort of meme. I think everyone pretty much agrees PlayStation is the one you want if you want quality games.

Early days of twitch I think most big channels were speed runners of some sort like binding of Isaac

I always forget this shit exists until it’s on. Side note, I don’t necessarily think SGDQ is to blame for the declined interest, I just think most people don’t care for speed runs anymore.

I’m not entirely sure but wasn’t this Bill Gates’s business strategy back in the 90s or so?

I fail to feel any sympathy for higher ups in any company these days especially video games. “You are already working 80 hour weeks please do more so I can make more money”

I loved the dialogue and NPCs in the game but the perks made the gameplay not fun. I hope outer worlds II solves these issues

So for an MMO OSRS is amazing with this. I can usually connect across the world and notice no lag. In fact I don’t know if I’ve ever had lag with it, whatever they’re doing it’s great.

The games aren’t award winning but I genuinely enjoy their games so I hope they don’t get fucked over by a shitty overseer company

It’s a decent game, but definitely not on the Grim Dawn levels of polish and build diversity. Maybe that’ll change with 1.0, but I doubt it

All those games could get movie adaptations, however, the fun is trying to save everyone and ending up killing everyone instead of

Is it the infrastructure costs? I imagine that costs quite a bit

Now that’s an mmo I haven’t heard of in years. I remember it being fun, but I also played it on a very surface level

Turns out he was an even bigger piece of shit than we thought with all this news coming out.

This isn’t really that hot of a take. Steam does keep winning and it’s because of convenience for consumers. Valve also is probably the best of those companies when it comes to not violating rights. I really hope when Gaben passes the torch for valve ownership that it’s someone with his vision and priorities

People that only played the newest two are gonna be a little confused when playing this lmao

Honestly seeing kratos grow up is what makes the new games that much more impactful. The series when taken as a whole just really makes kratos’s character that much better. Imagine 2018 GoW without the original trilogy, it would not be nearly as close to perfect of a game as it was

The main feature I want is better optimization. It’s really not good still and I’ve played with the settings more than I wanted to

Walpeach and waldaisy would’ve been real cool actually. And then we could have a upside down world type style Mario/wario game where walpeach saves wario

Without the expansion I did about 3 playthroughs because of the different specs you can do. There’s a lot of content and replayability imo. I haven’t bought the expansion yet because holiday spending and shit but when I do it’ll be another few playthroughs

Eventually I’ll get around to trying Dwarf Fortress, right now it’s just a little intimidating lol

Most games are free to play and heavily encourage subscriptions. So capitalism?

Abso-fucking-lutely not. That’ll be the death of epic and unreal engine as we know it if it ever happened. And why team up with Google if you know they’ll abandon it in 2-3 years?

I’ve played this game a shit ton and love it to death, but I suggest waiting for the expansion to release so you don’t burn out

I felt the exact same way and this one made everything way less clunky. Tip tho, turn the day cycle all the way down so you don’t feel so rushed all the time. If you like the day cycle challenge feel free but it just gave me anxiety in a game I wanted to be stress free

If you liked the first in any way this game is just straight up better and has a lot of QoL upgrades. I recommend picking it up

They’ve also said “wahoo” and that’s been a general hit I think

Seeing as the games industry makes more than movies I wouldn’t be surprised if more actors don’t exclusively go towards acting in games. It pays well I think and typically the work schedule is better I believe(someone confirm or deny this?). I’d love to see more actors on the games side and not as PR stunts.

They said no more expansions after the last one. So I am kind of hoping after this they go after grim dawn 2

Looking through the best seller list I saw spore and man I really wish someone would give that game another go. It was fun, but had issues obviously like the overselling of features.

Hasn’t BioWare been having a shit ton of problems these past few years? Hope they’re able to clean up and get back to making some great games.

You fuckers better vote yes this shit cool af
