It’s more than that. Apps used to take screenshots of the screen instead of trying to work their way through the camera apis in Snapchat for example, at least in the past. There’s also just bad camera out there. My Pixel 6 Pro is terrible for document scanning given its sensor size. The edges are always blurry.

Tina looks terrible, I don’t know what you’re talking about. This movie is going to be awful.

There’s a good chance you’re left out of separate chats.

I just followed those directions using only my iPhone. Not sure you read that correctly.

Are you trying to say competition is good for the consumer?! That’s a wild accusation.

They’re horrible at making games too. Their biggest games have been IP conceived and developed externally and once they took them over they’ve run them into the ground of mediocrity. In over twenty years I don’t think any developer or franchise has benefited from Microsoft owning them.

You keep the audiobooks you’ve paid for directly with credits when you cancel.

Forgery usually involves submitting what you faked to some other entity in order to do something. Maybe if you illegally copied and sold that music. Regardless the penalties are similar anyway.

The record company can’t disable my physical CD from working if they choose to. That’s 99% of the point.

The truth is more interesting than the headline

Well obviously it’s photoshopped. Are people that dumb? His skin is really red.

That’s on the game design. If players feel the need to fast travel then they aren’t linking to the side stories to the path of the main game well enough. Spider-man had fast travel, i used it once for the trophy and never touched it again because traversal was so good in the game. Red Dead did it brilliantly too. I’m not sure if fast travel existed or not, I never looked for it. The world was rewarding everywhere.

Depends on how many used deals to upgrade Gold or whatever.

Well the standard is to laser than iMessage and kinda bad fundamentally, so I wouldn’t count on much else.

The RCS standard, not Google’s implementation. There are still going to be iMessage features that won’t work.

It’s $199, the same price as the Premium DualSense Edge controller.

For the above just Firefox via PC/MAC; But for normal content I was using AppleTV so a lot tougher.

Good luck. It’s been three days for me and it’s insufferable using it with ads. I’m not even actively looking through the app, just coming across videos for work and personal projects and I’m already fed up.

What starts out as a joke turns real as people who don’t understand it’s a joke join in.

What video card are you using and what resolution / refresh rate.

Sony makes them. Microsoft buys them. Two very different things. Quality is a separate issue, but related In that Microsoft apparently has a hundred billion dollars to spend but can’t make a great game by themselves in the last two decades. They have no taste for it. I hope they prove me wrong. I don’t want to see them become a monopoly of mediocre games that we have to subscribe for. I also don’t want to see Sony without competition.

I’m biased, but I have a trial to PC Gamepass and don’t find it better than PlayStation Extra.

Borderline I’d say, but if it’s not public Sony is buying based on devs / potential, not existing sales or hype, and at that point they are bankrolling a new IP and assuming all those associated risks.

Sony buys up studios for their talent not their IP. Bungie/Destiny is the only exception. They have a strong history of empowering their developers to release better games than they did before.

Microsoft is the opposite. They buy up studios / IPs and run them into the ground.

Yes, but it was the part they have control over. The alternative is not having regional pricing allowing lower income countries to buy games at all.

I bought an iPhone a few weeks before the Pixel I have for work and at this point two years later the iPhone feels brand new and the Pixel feels old. Idk why but the os feels sluggish, I have more frequent app crashes and worse cellular service despite being on the same carrier for both, although that could be AT&T 5G which the pixel has but my iPhone plan doesn’t not.

The Pixel is like any other Google product, half-assed and supported only when they feel like it. My Pixel 6 was vulnerable to an attack needing no user input because Google waited a week past the disclosure deadline to put a patch out from a vulnerability their own security group originally found. The phone also maybe couldn’t have called 911 for a few weeks. The phone looking dated and having a slow as hell finger print sensor are on me, but the former are Google being shitty.

Not only that, a ton of features people think were originally Android back in the beginning where done by the original iPhone jail breakers or PalmOS. It works out great.
