Gameloft was a sister company, wasn’t it? What’s happened to them?
I’ve seen a few trailers for their games in some Nintendo directs, are they any good? Or have they followed a similar path as Ubisoft?

Borderlands 2
I got into playing it yet again, mechromancer is so much fun when having full stacks of anarchy with a shotgun.

Nice, that’s mostly what I need!
The only thing missing now are the parameters needed to launch with the correct workout

I don’t know why it needs internet access and why the first thing it tries to do is connect to an IP TV site, and because it can’t it crashes.
Can’t trust that, hehe

How to get a list of launchable activities of all installed apps?
I'm trying to configure some NFC tags to automatically open an app, which is easy, just have to type the package name. But I'm wondering how I can launch the app in a specific activity. Specifically when I search for [FitoTrack](https://codeberg.org/jannis/FitoTrack) in my phone I get the option to launch the app directly into the workout I want to track, so I don't have to launch the app, click the FAB, click "Record workout" and then select the workout. So I want to have a tag which will automatically launch this app into a specific workout. How can I know what's the data I need to put into the tag to do this? Probably looking at the code will give me the answer, but this won't apply to closed source apps, so is there a way to get all the ways all my installed apps can be launched?

Borderlands 2, specifically the mechromancer class.
It has a perk where you get more damage each time you unload your full clip, and it resets when you manually reload.
In PC the reload action is its own key.

But I had a potato PC and was only able to play it at low settings. When I got a PS4 I bought the game again to play it with nice graphics. It quickly got very frustrating since the reload action is bouns to the same button as interact! So each time you tried to talk to someone, to get into a vehicle, or even pick up something from the ground you got into the risk of not aiming well enough and reloading by accident which resets your buff!

A browser is also an app, it’s not embedded into an OS.
In some it comes preinstalled, which is the case for safari in ios.
Also, some browsers just happen to include a PDF reader, but not all had or currently have.

As @[email protected] mentioned, Android is meant to be lightweight so it can run in several configurations of hardware.
Most OEM do include a browser in Android, this usually being Chrome. GrapheneOS is basically just Android (in this context) so it doesn’t include a browser or a PDF reader, but both are available as a dedicated app from the GrapheneOS team or with any other app you want, for example I use readera, or sometimes Firefox.

What is the technical explanation to limit size of sdd to connect?
I'm checking this mini pc https://www.acemagic.com/products/acemagic-ad08-intel-core-i9-11900h-mini-pc It says the M2 and SATA ports are limited to 2TB, but I can't imagine why that's the case. Could there be a limit on the motherboard? On the CPU? If most likely this is done in software (windows) probably it won't matter since I'm planning to switch to linux. What I want to avoid is buying it and being unable to use an 8TB drive.

It’s just a matter of time until all your messages on Discord, Twitter etc. are scraped, fed into a model and sold back to you

As if it didn’t happen already

Damn, I let that offer get away since I was reading mixed reviews from it (it’s already gone in Canada). Plus I got advice to wait for Black Friday.

All mesh office chairs recommendations for long sessions?
I've been looking for an all mesh chair since I tend to run hot so every chair I use ends up making me sweat. There's this one [Naz President Full-Back Mesh](https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/naz-president-full-back-mesh-office-chair-black/16651760) but I can't find any reviews for it. There are also these two in amazon [Razzor Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair ](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0C3CKWKZB) and [FelixKing Ergonomic Desk Chair](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0B4ZSTN24) but I've been reading mixed reviews (as well as any other chair in amazon) So, do you guys have any budget all mesh chair recommendation? Or maybe a chair which doesn't heat up so much or cools down quickly? (I currently have a gaming chair... worst purchase I've ever made for my back)

Are they actually backed up?
I don’t use google photos anymore but I remember just clicking a “free space” button somewhere and it deleted photos from all folders which I had marked to sync.

Wasn’t there some concern about branch?
The adlist I have for my PiHole has their domains blocked.
Or is this a different branch?

# [branch.io]
0.0.0.0 branch.io
0.0.0.0 api2.branch.io
0.0.0.0 cdn.branch.io
0.0.0.0 vulcan.branch.io

Thanks for reminding me these exist, I also tried them some time ago and couldn’t make them work, but somehow now I was able to deploy my own server to work with them!

I’ll clean up my code and publish it later :D

if a player deletes and reinstalls a game, that counts for two installs and two charges. Ditto for players installing a single game on two devices.

Wow, I’m without words, I can only imagine the deals to be ended on games in places like Netflix or the Google play pass

Custom voice input service
Is there any keyboard which lets you configure the service used for voice input? I'd like to set an URL to a selfhosted service to send my voice to be processed which then will return the transcription. If no keyboard exists for this any app would do. The idea is the app lets you stream the audio to the given service and will receive the response and show it for you to edit, similar on how google keyboard has the voice input. Bonus points if it's open source :P

How to extract LGHUB settings
I just reinstalled windows in a new SSD and forgot to export in some way the settings for my logitech devices. The old SSD is still around but it's cumbersome to run windows from there just to copy the settings, so I mounted with and adapter and to read the settings files. The LGHUB storage is an sqlite DB located in `C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\LGHUB\settings.db` And you can just query `select * from data` which contains the settings as a json. It'd be better to send it to a file `sqlite3 settings.db 'select file from data' > data.json` (mine was 7.5MB of data)

Just remember to not use your main account if you need to use one, since Aurora store breaks the ToS and they’ve actually banned some people.

I’ve been wanting to use another keyboard after Microsoft’s acquisition… But none are close to what I’m looking for
