Dave the Diver by far. If you told me a few months ago a pixel game about a fat dude scuba diving for fish to run a sushi restaurant would be my hands down game of the year, I’d have told you you’re off your rocker.
Just everything in the game is so slick and well done. I love the wacky aesthetics and sense of humor as well. It’s just a chill and enjoyable experience through and through. Now if you’ll excuse me there’s a narwhal I need to harpoon.
You forgot the greatest one of them all:
Silent Hills: Playable Teaser :>
Don’t buy this or you’re just letting Sony know this shit is okay. If you absolutely must play it:

It’s the Wish.com version of Dark Souls
Holy crap Frost left? His stuff and yahtzee are the only reason I’m subbed to second wind at all. The rest of the content on the channel just seems like cringe click bait clutter like this and all the other God awful design delve videos.
After watching this video about what Frost is saying about Nick Calandra, it really makes sense why the Second Wind channel is the way it is.
EDIT: Holy Jesus. Giving this a second listen to make sure I didn’t mishear anything. This Nick Calandra guy running Second Wind is a Grade-A twat. Fuck him and any thing he touches. Anyone supporting Second Wind needs to watch this.
Can they work on making the game compatible with my brain as well? I really wanted to like POE but it bounced so hard off of me when someone told me there’s a difference between “more” and “increased” when it came to item stats.
Trying to figure out basic things like “Will this do more damage than this?” was like trying to learn Sanskrit.
Star control 3 was garbage that was star control in name only.
Star control: Origins was made by assholes at Paradox Entertainment that tired to steal the IP from the original creators. The game was basically a pretty soulless carbon copy of star control 2 without the witty dialogue or creative story telling of the original.
Neither of these “prequel/sequels” were made by the original creators Fred Ford and Paul Reiche III.
That’s why this Kickstarter is fire AF. The OG creators have full control here and are making it with the original vision that made sc2 great!:

They even released the original Star control 2 for free on steam in preparation:

Granted it doesn’t have the “Star Control” name due to aforementioned IP trolls at Paradox Entertainment but everything else is the same otherwise! :>

Thanks for posting this!! I just backed the Kickstarter now. Star Control 1 and 2 were seminal gaming experiences for me. More people need to know about this!! :D

Uprising is so much better than the base game but I don’t think they have a digital version of it yet sadly
