some countrie’s id numbers have built in checksums or something similar so it would be trivial to implement code to check if the number can be valid even without having access to the actual database so a random number generator would have to be at least a little bit sophisticated

just as i saw this post my computer i put to sleep woke up presumably because updates pending or some bullshit like that

I think that the game exists because all the SC2 pros decided that the game is starting to become a bit too old and blizzard cannot be trusted with making games anymore so they gotta make starcraft 3 themselves.

they dont expect to be funded only by kickstarter unless they get like ten times the goal but its more to see if people want that sort of game to possibly help securing publisher funding or just fund themselves like they have done the years until now

If you havent already, stanley parable is a nice one, it is a game about making choises.
