As long as you understand the terms of your agreement with Steam as a platform, everything is fine. Physical media for games are outdated anyway, especially with frequent updates, patches, and DLC releases. Regarding older titles that are no longer supported, well, as the saying goes: “If buying isn’t owing…”

>It took about 3.5 years, but now it's actually coming out in less than two weeks. I'm really excited to see what people think of it and it has been cool watching streamers react to the demo. Somehow my two story tall tree guy is really good at sneaking up on people. :D

People should really stop doing that kind of bullshit. If you didn’t like the remake post your opinion somewhere, but trying to falsify others scores is a douche move.
All the Batman games, up until knight, worked great. Is when you sacrifice the “story” to give more importance to the “replayability” that you lose something.
At CES 2024 MSI launched the Claw, an Intel Core Ultra based gaming handheld device and Adam was on hand to compare it against the Valve Steam Deck and Asus ROG Ally.
In a time where the “Remake syndrome” is spreading to the game market, anything new deserves a chance. I’ll wait for a pc version. It would be nice to play it on my Deck (≧ω≦)/

As pc gamer (and new Deck owner) i've started to check any good game deal, mostly x games on Steam but not only. I've soon realize that there are great site like Humble to use to buy keys for cheap, but also "shady" sites with very low price who apparently sell non working keys or try to scam you. Did we have a list of the "Safest" site where buy games???
We’ve limited ourselves to only one game per series, and of course there are many frightening adventures not included here. No list will be exhaustive, but our choices reflect a wide range of looks and styles and gameplay that will surely appeal to the fearmonger in any horror fan. If you find thrills in chills, and crave things that go bump in the night, this is for you.

The tool, called Nightshade, messes up training data in ways that could cause serious damage to image-generating AI models. Is intended as a way to fight back against AI companies that use artists’ work to train their models without the creator’s permission.

> The researchers tested the attack on Stable Diffusion’s latest models and on an AI model they trained themselves from scratch. When they fed Stable Diffusion just 50 poisoned images of dogs and then prompted it to create images of dogs itself, the output started looking weird—creatures with too many limbs and cartoonish faces. With 300 poisoned samples, an attacker can manipulate Stable Diffusion to generate images of dogs to look like cats.

> [Article](https://redmondmag.com/articles/2023/06/30/the-potential-hidden-perils-of-relying-on-microsoft-copilot.aspx?m=1) - The copilots that Microsoft has created are undeniably impressive, and I believe that they represent the sort of technological change that only comes along once in a generation.
>
> Many have expressed concern about Copilot putting people out of work or causing other economic harm. While such fears may ultimately prove to be warranted, I believe that there is another potential problem associated with using Copilot that nobody is talking about yet. This is the problem of overreliance.

The AAA gaming space can often lack innovation, so people usually turn to small indie studios for something fresh. Whether it's for unique gameplay design, beautiful aesthetics or satisfying combat, these 15 overlooked indie games stood out to me. This is my top 15 list of underrated, hidden indie gems for PC that I enjoy more than any Ubisoft, Activision or EA game.
Whether it's a classic JRPG like Crosscode, murder mystery Paradise Killer, psychological horror Yuppie Psycho, or cozy RPG Phoenotopia Awakening, I hope that at least one of my handpicked indie game recommendations from this top 15 list piques your interest.
