looks similar but it doesn’t have the hotel room mission that I remembered. Thanks though.

Unfortunately it’s not. thanks though

Tip of My Tongue: Hitman/Spy PSX Game
I've been trying to find this old PSX game where you do these missions (e.g. go inside the hotel room and kill off the people/mercs inside) I think it involved some stealth. Missions are contained. iirc there's a sequence of actions you should do (doesn't have to be perfect) to complete the mission. setting: within a moder city you use guns as main weapon.

Because most people that have tried both prefer the 8bitdo ultimate or Gulikit over the 1st party Nintendo switch pro controller. (Also I’m not sure if the NSW pro is compatible with Android).

Also one thing that NSW doesn’t have is hall effect joysticks.

Still leaning towards 8bitdo especially because someone pointed out that it has that awesome charging dock.

Unless any glaring issues about 8bitdo Ultimate is revealed, I think it’s a done deal.

Give me Reasons Why I Should Get the Gulikit KingKong 2 over the 8bitdo Ultimate
After some research I've narrowed down my options into these two controllers. Use-case: - Mostly PC gaming (It Takes Two, PS2 Emulation, etc.), Android Gaming (probably Emulation as well). - Also my little brother has a Switch and it would be awesome to have another controller for that as well. Why these two? - They are available locally (Philippines) and within the budget. - Both have Hall Effect Joysticks - Both have good reviews and hopefully have good build quality Why am I leaning towards 8bitdo Ultimate? - Mostly because I think they are the same but 8bitdo has the back buttons. Give me Reasons Why I Should Get the Gulikit KingKong 2 over the 8bitdo Ultimate

I’m more of a playstation guy, so I don’t really know how an xbox controller feels.

I do have huge hands so hopefully it’ll feel comfortable.

Gallop Racer (psx)

It’s about racing and breeding horses.

“Newer” titles of the series (ps2) also had the element of raising/training the horses.

The collab with G1 Jockey on the PS3 also had those obstacle course racing included.

My dad loved betting on horses (he got it from his father), and loved the game.

It was simple game of racing horses with some fine details mixed in (when to gallop, correct positioning and timing, and etc.)

The best thing about the series is that the list of horses are already laid out, so you know which ones are the strong ones in a particular course except for the secret horses that you only get through winning particular races in a particular order throughout the horse’s career.

The endgame though is through breeding the horses, which is another element of euphoria when winning the genetic lottery.

Sometimes when I miss it, I just play it on my phone (through an emulator) and it’s always been a fun experience.

Looking up the 8bitdo Ultimate again, I think it’s better than both the 8bitdo pro 2 and the gulikit. However, I think the reason why I didn’t consider it before it’s because of the battery replacement.

In the pro 2 it’s easy as putting in AAs or new 8bitdo batteries. The ultimate feels like if the battery dies it will be more convenient to buy another than to replace it.

Currently checking out how durable the battery for Ultimate is and weighing if it’s worth the trade-off.

If the battery averages to last about at least 2 years of regular use, I’m leaning towards the ultimate.

Warranty wasn’t available?

How easy was it to fix yourself? (if you’ve taken apart any play station joysticks, how would it compare to those?)

if they both have hall effect joysticks then in my case it would be a no brainer to get the 8bitdo.

I’ll have to look it up to make sure though.

thanks.

besides the incompatibility for the 2.4ghz thing.

Did you like the controller? Did it feel like it was built well?

I thought gulikit had it, I guess not

that’s one of the cons of gulikit then, thanks.

Gulikit NSW KingKong Pro 2 vs 8bitdo Pro 2 Controller
Gulikit NSW KingKong Pro 2 vs 8bitdo Pro 2 What are the pros and cons between the two? I've been eyeing the 8bitdo Pro 2 for a while now for using on my PC, Android, and Switch. But then I saw that Gulikit was available locally as well at almost the same price. I'm interested in the Gulikit because of the supposedly better joystick durability due to the hall effect joysticks. Thoughts on these two controllers? Any glaring issues I should know about? Also I know both of these controllers don't support PS5, but it would be a plus if there's some way to use it on a ps5 as well.

no root means I wouldn’t be able to use adaway, right?
