Wish From implemented multiple save slots, I want to go back and experience the story progression again without losing all of the weapons/gear on my original save file… Replaying missions just don’t feel the same and I can’t lend my device to a friend to let him progress on his own. PITA to manually replace the save file too because I’m playing on the Deck.

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted, but yeah he’s probably the worst boss in the game if you’re running defensive builds or are used to backrolling attacks. Mohg is sooo much easier when using aggressive builds + rolling forwards or to his right though.

Point being they beat Mohg ages ago and now rusty to play DLC.

Mohg is insanely weak to bloodflame too, I had much more problem with Blackgaol and Rellana early bosses then I did with Mohg while speedrunning a new chara into DLC map.

I think some people are just frustrated that the majority of the new cool weapons/ashes are locked behind difficult content. If you are too rusty to clear the initial difficulty wall, you’d be restricted to very little stuff after buying the $50 dlc.

That being said, a castle skip already exists so you can go collect the Smithscript series and Anvil Hammer - without killing a thing - as long as you explore hard enough!

HORI is a household name for fighting sticks btw, there’s some degree of quality asurance there. But for regular controllers I do think there are better alternatives.

8BitDo is absolutely fantastic, loved using my Pro 2 because of the back buttons

Maybe you’ve just grown out of gaming. The Steam Deck has it’s issues, but the sheer amount of different great games playable on it is debatably it’s greatest strength. Hades, Armored Core, Persona, Dark Souls, pokemon romhacks, etc.

Worst change? Name’s at least improved from horrendous to just confusingly bad. I’m cautiously excited to have a polished animeish fighter that isn’t ArcSys or Cyberconnect AGAIN.

Now an offline mode without Vanguard kernel level shit would be great, like that Sylas game and the ruined king one.

Honestly it’s not like the game industry is all that great, even holding onto a job at current Blizzard is above average. Especially with the huge recent layoff waves. The bosses know this and treat their employees accordingly as expendable resources that can be replaced anytime…

All this time and I still feel horrid farming Lamballs. Why on earth is the fodder creature so damn cute?

I’ve been told it’s a game that’s horribly boring to spectate but much better when played

They are adding an offline mode after launch according to devs… Some day.

Until then, it’s to thoroughly crush the hopes of anyone still interested in the game.

Cool gimmick, just icky that their target audience is the type of people looking for unfair advantages in a multiplayer game

Just feels weird to punish game devs for spending years of their life learning an engine ruined by circumstances outside their control (plus there were no signs Unity would come close to downfall back then)

I had friends in Digipen’s gamedev course and they paid for torturous nights and their final year on it, what a damn waste.

Short term profit is great, but if I was a shareholder I’d rather get a Bezos or Murdoch making sustainable scummy decisions rather than a Kotick or Musk damaging the company’s long term reputation and haemorrhaging skilled workers in the process. I believe Kotick is lacking as an ‘ideal’ scum big corp CEO, as do his workers and Microsoft.

Wotlk WoW era Blizzard was a failing company? In what metric?

Money makers like OW2/Diablo Immortal aren’t designed for the majority either, but for the 1% willing to spend exorbitant amounts of money. He made a successful studio develop into a souless money printing machine.

Edit: If you want to credit him with everything Blizzard’s achieved since his tenure, why not also credit him with sinking Blizzard’s reputation into the ground for the current generation of youths, ensuring that whoever comes after will have nothing to work with?

Can’t be that they hired business and psychology people only to come up with such a retarded cost. My guess would be they intentionally leaked a $100 figure so they could price a barebones dlc at $50 and go ‘see, we listened!’
