There’s not really a distinction due to the CoD airport mission. They both are what they are.

Really? That scene where you’re lost on the beach was at least 45 minutes. It may have been hours…I’d get to the next part, the cut scene would start and Id put up with it for 5 minutes then go mow the grass or something. That was painful to get through.

Eh…I struggled through the second half…it wasn’t worth it. So many convoluted cut scenes to tell you what the last convoluted cut scene just said.

They would’ve done better with the IP to license it to Nintendo. Smash is the end all for this type of game.

I don’t know if you’ve used Windows lately, but you get the GPU drivers on a fresh install (if you’re using a remotely mainstream video card).

I am indeed. I’m actually pretty proficient with OSX and Linux…but fuck me…getting games to run is a whole new level of hell. I fucked around with it for a day or two trying to get my gaming laptop to run steam games in Ubuntu…wasn’t worth it.

Wait wait wait…I haven’t been paying attention to the pro at all since I hard the price point…it really doesn’t have a disc drive?

Good luck with that…we’ve tried it since the beginning of time…those institutions invariably turn into HOA like cluster fucks of bad management.

It’s an escapist thing. People just trying to escape the reality of their lives.

Eh…it’s sort of a valid argument…however…it’s like instagib in unreal. It was one of the funniest game modes in the game.

Instagib on low level enemies would be fun as hell…then the boss spawns show up and obliterate you…that’s how I thought this game was going to go.

Now it’s really a game of find more ammo and run from anything with armor until your strategems recharge.

1 tap super weapon, and introduce a viable challenge to make that obsolete.

But you’ll just get premium war bond weapons from here on out to close the difficulty gap.

The player counts for that game dove off a cliff after players realized each DLC was just pay 2 win garbage

And what exactly do you think is going to happen with this game?

It was the patch that got me to stop playing. Why you would nerf weapons in a non-competitive game rather than make poor preforming weapons viable is beyond me.

It’s akin to Steve Jobs telling everyone they’re holding their phone wrong.

Great…now I need an account just to set my display resolution. How long until the 4k setting costs 5$ a month?

Waiting for the reviews on this one. The hard stance against fast travel turns me off. I only have so many hours in the day and slogging for 30 minutes to an hour between locations does not sound fun.

I love the combat from the first one though. Jumping on the bosses just felt bad ass.

I’m happy with their decision. Their games have always been about a stellar single player story/experience.

It’s refreshing to see a studio turn down a horde of cash to focus on their art.

And that’s why this is a console only release for now.

That’s what doomed cyberpunk. I got my Series X halfway through the campaign, and it was a different game on the X vs the One. I wish they had scrapped current gen plans for that game and went next gen only. It would have been a more successful launch.

Welcome to corporate, the C level is never the problem.

Meh…it’s a modern version of Postal. Edge Lord falls off the edge. I strongly shrug at all.

Eh…I’m not surpised. Age of Sigmar is Warhammer’s dumb little brother. It’s not a very interesting thing.

I’m not surprised…it’s just not fun. It’s grindy as hell and no one wants to go loud.

It’s kind of bullshit to call people impatient if they buy a game when the publisher says the game is ready for release.

At this point…you’re contributing to the cycle of buggy releases. Yes, the responsible gamers absolutely can call out the dumbasses who still pre-order games.

All this to say, I think there’s weird cultism around the android ecosystem that is, to me, offputting.

As someone that has lived through the wax and wane of the iCult…I find that statement hilarious.

I doubt this becomes a trend. Overwatch is a dying game that the sunk a lot of money into.

If Diablo makes it on steam, I’ll be amazed.
