I follow gaming news pretty closely and I’ve never even heard of this one. Wouldn’t be surprised if the low engagement, at least in part, comes down to poor marketing.
Oh don’t get me wrong, I understand why Sony wants to enhance it. I just don’t understand who it’s for, and who will buy it. I guess it just takes less money and effort than developing new games or IP.
Because its good to form your own opinions, not just base them on reviews. I personally really like what I’ve played so far, and would highly recommend the game, even though I recognize it’s an early access release with some flaws.
Did they end up reversing the micro transaction decision from a while back? I liked what I played, but I’m still not willing to pay money for any class that was included in the beta for free.
I really hope this doesnt take off. I tried out Star Trek: Infinite and the tutorial uses an AI voice. It just sounded bizarre and jarring, completely took me out of the experience.
As others have said, I can’t fathom how they’re going to get this optimized for switch. I had a relatively powerful PC at launch and it was struggling to reach a consistent 45 fps on pretty modest settings.
I personally feel like having a voiced main character usually has the opposite effect. Being able to project myself into an unvoiced protagonist is far more immersive.
So should I just force myself to forget this game exists? Starfield didn’t do it for me, so this is the only Bethesda game I’m interested in right now.
Valve opened in the late 90s and is privately owned. Never say never where corporations and capitalism are concerned… But hopefully they wont take the evil google approach this late in the game. I think good will from their customers really sets them apart from competitors like Epic.
Never said you did. But you’re claiming oppression over the completely optional feature of… checks notes choosing a different combination of letters. Thats the sort of pathetic mental gymnastics I expect from Peterson and his ilk. Maybe youre more of a Joe Rogan or Matt Walsh kind of guy, but its not too much of a stretch to suggest one of them is informing your dumb ass opinions.
If you want something more modern, but that still feels very classic, try Sea of Stars. It gives off major chrono trigger energy from my play through so far.
Based on my (admittedly limited) understanding of the situation, you’re right. Microsoft have already hinted that if the UK interferes with the deal, theyd stop doing business there rather than pull out of the acquisition.
Well his company just got sold to Microsoft. So unless I’m mistaken and Microsoft plans to keep Bobby in the CEO position (which would be an EXTREMELY bad look) I dont think its up to him.
I’m most of interested because of Divinity 2 though. I haven’t played the other baldurs gate games so I’m worried I’ll be confused or that ill miss out on key story details.
Can anyone who has played the beta tell me if its worth playing the originals to prepare?
Not to mention the pokemon games, many of which had slot machine minigames.
