They just need to focus on a planet hopping mmo that runs a real world 9 year cycle through the movie eras. No character selection, full randomized setup where you find out what you’re capable of as go. You may not end up a Jedi but you might end up the most notorious bounty hunter in the galaxy or you build end up born a clone dying minutes into first combat.

No, the date proceeds unless the court says otherwise even if it’s simply to show up and say they don’t have service yet.

Difficult, yes. Stupid, indeed. How the legal system works? Also true.

A summons still has to be served in civil court meaning actually made aware generally by a hand to hand transfer. There is no mention of that happening and court dates proceed regardless of actual service unless the court moves out preemptively or the other party motions to move it forward to affect service.

So the question is do you know the difference between service and summons and the interplay between them.

Not really, they’re asking for default without actually serving the person and that just isn’t how our justice system works.

Its useful. I remember playing 1 when I was a kid, no guides just bump around until something works. I also remember asking the older kids in the neighborhood what a Jimmy hat was and one getting in trouble for asking their parents.

Its honestly not a good game and I’ve played all of them since fallout was released. Insisting on a world that requires other players to seem complete is an idiotic idea for a userbase that loves spending thousands of hours by themselves collecting trinkets.

I get the idea and a fair MMORPG would be dank but hard to pull off.

As far as I recall there is no dismemberment on crit without flavor text or special weapon on 3+ unless you had bloody mess, on f1-2 is was a lower chance than with the trait but still possible.

But again my point is that its always been gorey more so if you make the correct choices.

Sorta yeah, but critical kill even without the trait would leave and exploded body by chance.

Silly, over the top gore is a core part of Fallout.

That’s what I’m replying to, fallout has always been bloody and explosive gore is just part of the base game no traits.

The perk is a nod to 1 and 2 where people just exploded into a pile.

I dunno if it wasn’t usable I just never used it. If I can aim I’m going to aim, I didn’t use it in nv either because they actually made aiming a worthwhile thing to do.

There have been a few versions this one seems smaller then most and likely runs longer.
