If you mean low poly & texture sized 3D games, then I would say BallisticNG, which is directly inspired by Wipeout from the original PSX. Also, while not quite the same, Valheim has a similar pixelated texture style with low poly models (for today’s standards at least).
Not the point. “Infestation” + 88 + gassing vermin is absolutely not comparable to the mental gymnastics you just vomited out as an example. Even if the developer was truly this oblivious, it would still not change the issue of it, and the Nazis that posted on their Discord for so long were clearly proof of that as well.
My 7 isn’t loving the game. It’s an above average “good” rating. I don’t think I’ve even played a game that I would rate 7 out of 100 because they’d be so obviously bad that I wouldn’t even buy them in the first place. For me, 5 out of 10 is already “bad” and everything below that is just varying degrees of trash.
I’m gonna be honest…
I didn’t care about the main story lines of Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3, or Starfield. In fact, the one in Skyrim I never even finished. I have probably 1k+ hours logged in the game (not literally logged thanks to SKSE), if not more, but I always get too bored to even bother with the whole Dragonborn shtick or even the two political sides of the war, which also both suck ass. Like, I can of course sympathize with the people there getting invaded, but they’re also such damn xenophobic assholes that they immediately lose me when it comes to support them.
For Morrowind I don’t even know if there was much of a plot. I remember the boss in the volcano but not really what led up to it. F3 I completely forgot pretty much all of it so that was probably also not that interesting. I think Oblivion was kinda okay but also not super memorable - at least it had a dragon which gets brownie points from me. I tried getting into NV at some point but the performance on modern hardware was so bad and the beginning so boring that I couldn’t be arsed to continue.
It’s pretty much 80% open world + mods that make those games for me, not the lame ass plots. So if it weren’t for the mod support, I’d probably not even buy the games at all and I just can’t believe anyone who claims anything else about the other games storylines.
I do it with obvious lurker / alt accounts that are otherwise not active and apparently just exist to downvote other people. Legit accounts and especially those who could actually provide some valid counterpoints aren’t receiving this treatment. This also includes a block, so consider this message a friendly courtesy of mine, but also the last thing you’ll hear from me, as I have better things to do than argue with internet trolls. Have a nice vote manipulative day.
At this point under-delivering is a marketing strategy. Just promise the world to lure in pre-orders, then release it too early in a broken state and spent the rest of the time that you had planned to develop it anyway to fix up the title and reap the press articles about your comeback and how much work you do for the fans. Gullible idiots will praise and defend you with their lives on social media. Worked for NMS, CP2077 and many other titles.
Step 1: Release a shit game early that’s nothing like its trailer and produce a shit ton of publicity through its consequential shit storm.
Step 2: Spent development time on it that you had originally planned for it anyway to fix things up a little bit, without ever reaching the state of the original trailer and get all the praise for being a shitty company because you’ve apparently done some magical redemption arc.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit - and then do it all over again because people are gullible idiots.
You can apply the same shit to CP2077 and other games btw. At this point it is beneficial to just release a game in a shitty state because now you have the opportunity to use it as some PR mechanism of how great you are as a company for still caring for your games even after a shitty launch.
I’m so tired of those apologies at this point. We’ve had shitty and rushed releases for the past decade already, just like we had half asses apologies that didn’t mean anything. Everyone knows by now what a release like this means. They knew full well what type of response they’d get. They should save themselves the words at this point and just do better releases. Rebuilding trust my ass. They already planned in the time for servicing the game but now they can use this No Man’s SKy & Cyberpunk like marketing trick to claim that they have done some sort of magical comeback for their fans and be praised for their initial shortcomings. It’s all bullshit for gullible people.
Which, to their credit, was a good thing to do.
The good thing would’ve been to not release it in this state, or at the very least into early access first with some discount. But instead they tried to tell us that we don’t need more than 30 FPS anyway (assuming you can even reach that), which is just an asshole move.

Your family is just wrong, seemingly on every single shit they say or think.
It amazes me that covidiots still don’t understand the difference between inside and outside spaces for that matter. If people breath and cough around the outside, shit will just be swept away by the wind. If people do that in enclosed spaces, then they’ll just start to saturate the air with germs over its prolonged time. And then you even expect them to take off the mask when they’re in the witness stand? Do you think that’s like a germ free zone? lol
You didn’t address anything but instead brought up all the various talking points you could think of, which you’ve already covered in your various comments in this thread - again. And I’m sorry, but me losing my marbles? Even more shit you make up in your head. Maybe stop the mental gymnastics and find your way back to reality.
